Das Zimmer ist mit 11,33 qm das Kleinste und Günstigste der drei. Die Maße sind ungefähr 3,10 m * 4 m (abzüglich einer Fensterecke). Die Fenster liegen nach Osten und Südosten, so dass Du morgens Sonne hast🌄. Der Boden besteht aus Holzdielen, die Wände haben weiße Raufasertapete. Du hast viele Steckdosen und einen Satelliten-TV-Anschluss; W-Lan ist in der Miete inbegriffen.
Die Warmmiete liegt bei 305 € pro Monat. Die Kaution beträgt einmalige 555 €. Die Kaution wird Dir beim Auszug wieder zurückgezahlt.

The room is the smallest and most inexpensive of the three with 11.33 sqm. The dimensions are 4,10 m * 3 m (minus a corner at one window).The windows face east and southeast, so you have sun in the mornings 🌄. The floor consists of wooden planks, the walls have white woodchip wallpaper. You have several power sockets and a satellite TV connection; wi-fi is included in the rent.
The warm rent is 305 € per month. The deposit is a one-time fee of 555 €. The deposit will be returned to you when you move out.

Das Haus befindet sich in Siegen-Weidenau auf der Bismarckstraße. Von hier aus erreicht man in Kürze ganz Weidenau und ist trotzdem ausreichend von der lauten Weidenauer Straße entfernt. Das Haus hat drei Etagen mit drei Dreier-WGs.
Zu Fuß ist man in drei Minuten an der Bushaltestelle "Weidenau Polizei"🚌. Von dort fahren die Linien R10, R16, C111, C130 und bringen dich in acht Minuten zum Siegen Hbf.
In einem Radius von sieben Fußminuten erreichst du alles, was du zum Leben brauchst🚶: Weidenau Bf, Rewe, Kaufland, dm, Post, Bäckereien, Sparkasse, Volksbank, Apotheken, Ärzte, Frisöre, Restaurants, Mediamarkt, Fitnessstudios, Schwimmbad uvm.
Zum Siegen Hbf geht man 25 Minuten zu Fuß.
Am AR-Campus ist man per Fuß + Bus in circa 15 Minuten (ab der Haltestelle "Weidenau Polizei" mit der C111 oder ab Weidenau ZOB mit der UX2).

The house is located in Siegen-Weidenau on Bismarckstraße. From here, you can reach the whole of Weidenau in a short time and are still sufficiently removed from the noisy Weidenauer Straße. The house has three floors with three shared flats for three people.

Hallo, hier schreiben Michaela (35, Ernährungswissenschaftlerin), Ashwin (24, PhD Student/ "Fledermaus Mann") und Vishaka (25, Software Entwicklerin). Da Vishaka die WG aus beruflichen Gründen verlassen muss, suchen wir eine*n neue*n Mieter*in.
Und keine falsche Scheu: Egal, ob Student*in, berufstätig oder was auch immer - das ist für uns kein Kriterium.
Wir machen ab und zu WG-Koch-Abende oder bleiben mal bei einem Plausch an der Kaffeemaschine hängen, aber bei uns gilt stets: 'Alles kann, nichts muss'. Jede*r soll so viel alone time bekommen wie er/sie möchte.
Und um es ganz transparent zu machen: Ständige Hausparties oder laute Musik bis tief in die Nacht sind eher nicht so unser Ding ;-*

We are Michaela (35, nutritionist), Ashwin (25, PhD student/"Batman") and Vishaka (25, Software Engineer). As Vishaka is going to be working in another city, we are searching for a new tenant.
It doesn't matter whether you are a student, an employee or whatever.
From time to time we cook together. We also like to have a talk over coffee. However, we generally follow the rule "Everything is possible, nothing is necessary", as a consequence of which everyone will be granted the me-time as desired.
Generally, constant house parties or loud music all night long are not our cup of tea;-*

Ausstattung der Küche: Backofen, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, und genügend Teller, Tassen, Besteck, Pfannen, Töpfe.
Unsere Wohnung im 1. OG hat einen kleinen Balkon ohne Dach. Das Haus verfügt zudem über einen großen Hof, der einerseits als Autoparkplatz dient und sich perfekt für Grillabende, zum Sonnen usw. eignet. Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschmaschine, ein Trockner und Platz für Fahrräder.
Haustiere sind seitens der Vermieter eher nicht erwünscht.

Kitchen equipment: Oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric water boiler, microwave, and enough plates, cups, cutlery, pans, pots.
Our flat on the 1st floor has a small balcony without a roof. The house also has a large courtyard, which serves as a car park on the one hand and is perfect for barbecues, sunbathing etc. on the other. In the basement there is a washing machine, a dryer and space for bicycles.
Pets are rather not welcome on the part of the landlords.
