Ich gehe für 4 Monate ins Auslandssemester und suche eine/n Untermieter/in für mein Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist 13 qm groß und wirkt durch die hohen Decken etwas größer als es eigentlich ist. Die Zimmer sind durch die großen Fenster lichtdurchflutet und so ausgerichtet, dass man es sich auf der breiten Fensterbank gemütlich machen kann. Unsere Fenster wurden 2017 neu eingebaut und bieten einen guten Lärmschutz, bei geschlossenem Fenster muss man sich also keine Sorgen um Lärm machen.
Mein Zimmer bleibt für die Zeit der Untermiete möbliert und kann so genutzt werden. Bei weiteren Fragen dazu, gerne eine Nachricht schreiben.

I'm going abroad for a semester and will be away for 4 months. I'm looking for a subtenant for my room during this time.
The room is 13 square meters and feels a bit more spacious due to its high ceilings. Thanks to the large windows, the rooms are flooded with natural light, and the wide windowsills are perfect for getting cozy. The windows were replaced in 2017 and provide excellent noise insulation, so you don’t have to worry about outside noise when they’re closed.
My room will remain furnished during the sublet period and is ready to be used as is. If you have any further questions, feel free to send me a message!
Die WG liegt sehr zentral, in der Oberstadt. Weniger als 5 Gehminuten zum Krönchen, ÖPNV, US-Campus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Dornseifer und Lidl) und zu vielen Bars in der Oberstadt. Der Bahnhof ist ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt und in 7 Minuten erreichbar. Von dort aus gelangt man in 15-20 Minuten zum AR-Campus.

The shared apartment is very centrally located in the upper town. It's less than a 5-minute walk to the "Krönchen," public transportation, the US campus, grocery stores (Dornseifer and Lidl), and many bars in the upper town. The train station is also close by, just a 7-minute walk away. From there, you can reach the AR campus in 15-20 minutes.
Bei der WG handelt es sich um eine Studenten WG. In der Wg wohnend sind Kathi (19) und Til (22), welche sich über eine nette Untermiete freuen würden. Til studiert im 7. Semester Biomedical Health Science und Kathi studiert im 1. Semester Psychologie.
Wir sind keine Zweck-Wg, sondern sitzen gerne im Wohnzimmer beisammen und lassen unserer Kreativität freien Lauf bzw. verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander. Auch das ein oder andere Bier wird hier mal getrunken.
Wenn man mal Zeit für sich haben möchte und sich in sein Zimmer zurückzieht, ist das natürlich auch kein Problem!
Wir haben einen geregelten Putzplan, und wir schätzen es, wenn man sorgfältig mit unseren gemeinsamen Wohnräumen umgeht. Allgemein sind wir eine entspannte WG, wir sprechen uns spontan ab und unterstützen uns gerne gegenseitig!

The shared apartment is a student flatshare. Currently living here are Kathi (19) and Til (22), who would be happy to welcome a friendly subtenant. Til is in his 7th semester studying Biomedical Health Science, and Kathi is in her 1st semester studying Psychology.
We’re not just a place to live but enjoy spending time together in the living room, letting our creativity flow, or simply hanging out. The occasional beer is also part of the vibe here. Of course, if you need time for yourself and want to retreat to your room, that’s no problem at all! We follow a cleaning schedule and appreciate careful use of our shared spaces. Overall, we’re a relaxed flatshare, communicate spontaneously, and support each other when needed!
In unserer WG haben wir ein großes Badezimmer mit einer Duschbadewanne, einer Waschmaschine und separatem WC. Auch unsere Küche ist mit einem gut gefüllten Gewürzregal, Toaster, brandneuem Kühlschrank und allem, was ein Studentenherz begehrt, bestens ausgestattet!
Ein Einzug wäre ab Ende Februar/Anfang März möglich.

In our flatshare, we have a spacious bathroom with a shower-bathtub combo, a washing machine, and a separate toilet. Our kitchen is also fully equipped with a well-stocked spice rack, a toaster, a brand-new fridge, and everything a student could need!
Move-in would be possible from the end of February/beginning of March.
