Our WG dissolves (but both stay in the house :-)) and therefore we are looking for a rental agent for our apartment in Speyer - first only for one of the rooms.
We presented the following concept:
you would rent one of the rooms from 01 June and up to approx. 01.09 and Steffi live together in a WG. Steffi will then move inside the house and you could take over the entire 70 sqm apartment for 950 Euro warm rental. Alternatively, you could only rent the room until 01.09. and we will then assign the apartment further :-) The 600 Euro rent for the WG room includes Wi-Fi, electricity, water, heating and operating costs. The 950 Euro warm relate to rent incl. Operating costs (incl. garbage), without electricity/water/gas/wire
The beautiful, light-flooded apartment is located in the heart of Speyer in a side street of Maximilianstraße. Everything you need for life is within walking distance. A bicycle parking space is located in the courtyard, in the side streets local parking is available. Three years ago the apartment was renovated and also the fitted kitchen (no detachment necessary) was rebuilt three years ago. In the bathroom you will find a shower, a bathtub and two sinks.

Steffi wird dann innerhalb des Hauses umziehen und du könntest die gesamte 70 qm Wohnung für 950 Euro Warmmiete übernehmen. Alternativ könntest du das Zimmer auch nur zur Zwischenmiete bis zum 01.09. mieten und wir vergeben dann die Wohnung weiter :-) In den 600 Euro Miete für das WG Zimmer sind WLAN, Strom, Wasser, Heizung und Betriebskosten enthalten. Die 950 Euro warm beziehen sich auf die Miete inkl. Betriebskosten (inkl. Müll), ohne Strom/Wasser/Gas/WLAN
Die schöne, lichtdurchflutete Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen von Speyer in einer Seitenstraße der Maximilianstraße. Alles, was man zum Leben braucht, ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein Fahrradstellplatz befindet sich im Innenhof, in den Seitenstraßen stehen Anwohnerparkplätze zur Verfügung. Vor drei Jahren wurde die Wohnung renoviert und auch die Einbauküche (keine Ablöse notwendig) wurde vor drei Jahren neu eingebaut. Im Badezimmer findest du eine Dusche, eine Badewanne und zwei Waschbecken.
