Ab November ist 1 WG Zimmer in schöner Doppelhaushälfte, mit kleinem Garten - ruhige Gegend zu vermieten. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer werden nur komplett möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch u Kommode vermietet. Küche ist ebenfalls komplett ausgestattet-also nur Koffer packen und einziehen.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt und liegt doch eher ruhig. Man kann gut in 15 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt laufen. Einkaufsmögkichkeit / Supermarkt erreicht man ebenfalls in 10-15 Minuten.
Da beide Zimmer jetzt zum Schuljahresbeginn verfügbar sind, bildet sich die WG erst noch. Bisher haben sehr häufig zwei Erzieherinnen, die gemeinsam Ausbildung gemacht haben, gemeinsam hier gewohnt und gelernt. Ich selbst wohne nicht dabei, bin jedoch hin und wieder für kleinere Haus-und Gartenarbeiten da.
Es ist ein gepflegtes Doppelhaus, das sollte auch so bleiben 😉- du solltest sauber und ordentlich sein….. wenn du die Natur magst, es ist ein kleiner Garten dabei, den du gerne mitnutzen und auch mitpflegen darfst.
