Hi zusammen!

Wir sind Lorenz, Nico und Anne, wir sind alle HSG-Masterstudenten aus der Schweiz und Deutschland und wir suchen eine:n neuen Mitbewohner:in.

Unser Zuhause befindet sich direkt neben dem HSG-Gym und damit in unmittelbarer Nähe der Uni selbst, welche bequem in 3-5min zu Fuß erreicht werden kann. Auch das Stadtzentrum ist fussläufig innerhalb 10-15min erreichbar, ausserdem befinden sich mehrere Bushaltestellen in der Nähe.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig mit zwei Badezimmern, einem großen Wohnzimmer (wo wir abends gerne rumhängen), einem Balkon mit Säntis-Panorama (+Kühe im Sommer) und einer bestens ausgestatteten Küche mit allem, was man so braucht.

Dein Zimmer wird teilmöbliert sein und verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus für eine Gesamtmiete von 650CHF. Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt ein Semester, also vom 1. Februar bis zum 31. Juli - darüber hinaus ist alles möglich.

Wir freuen uns darauf, von dir zu hören, dich kennenzulernen und hoffentlich schon ganz bald gemeinsam eine tolle Zeit in unserem geliebten HW18 zu haben!

Hi everyone!

We are Lorenz, Nico and Anne, we’re all Swiss/German Master students at HSG and are currently looking for a new flatmate!

Our home is directly located next to the HSG gym and in immediate vicinity of the university itself, which can be reached within 3-5min by foot. The city center is also easily walkable within 10-15min and several bus stops are close by.

The flat is spacious with two bathrooms, a large living room (where we like to hang out), a balcony with a mountain view (+cows in the summer) and a well-equipped kitchen with everything you may need.

Your room will be partly furbished and includes your own designated parking spot right in front of the house, with total rent amounting to 650CHF. The minimum renting period is one semester, hence starting at February 1 and ending by July 31 - beyond that, everything’s possible!

We look forward to hearing from you, getting to know you and hopefully, have a great time together in our beloved HW18.
