Dein Zimmer orientiert sich nach Süden und hat zwei grosse Fenster. Es war früher das Arbeitszimmer. Es ist schön hell, aber auch nie zu warm, hat Holzboden und Holzvertäfelte Wände.
Das haus liegt im ruhigen Stadtteil Riethüsli. Der Stadtteil hat eine tolle Gemeinde.
Mit den Bus der Linie 5 ist man in 5 minuten in der Stadt am Bahnhof, und in 15 Minuten an der Uni, der Bus fährt durch.
Ich bib 31 Jahre alt und derzeit an der Uni St. Gallen, koche gerne vegatarisch, oft beim Sport (Volleyball, Schwimmen) und gerne auch mal in der Stadt unterwegs (Freunde treffen, beim Investment Club).
Wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer das zum Zusammensitzen und Verweilen einläd, in der Küche bietet es sich an gemeinsam zu kochen und ausserdem begehrt sein dürften die Couch Plätze.
Freunde sind immer willkommen.
Gesucht wird daher also ein Mitbewohner / eine Mitbewohnerin für ein gutes Freundschaftliches Verhältnis.
