Die Wohnung ist wie folgt aufgeteilt: 2 grosse WG Zimmer, moderne Wohnküche mit Abwaschmaschine, Bad/WC.
Dein helles und geräumiges WG Zimmer ist nicht möbliert und bietet mit ca 20 m2. sehr viel Platz zum Wohnen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock und es gibt keinen Lift, jedoch ein breites Treppenhaus. Zur Wohnung gehört noch 1 Kellerabteil. Es gibt zusätzlich noch eine Waschküche mit Trockenraum, einen Abstellplatz für Fahrräder, Parkplatz nur blaue Zone
Zur meiner Person:
Ich mache eine Ausbildung an der Fachklasse Grafik hier in St. Gallen. Meine freie Zeit fülle ich mit: Sport, zeichnen, lesen, kochen oder auch gerne mal Netflix 👀.
Wenn Du ebenfalls tolerant, offen, respekt- und rücksichtsvoll bist und auch gerne eine gemütliche Wohnung hast, würde ich mich über eine kurze schriftliche Vorstellung per Kontaktformular freuen. Im Idealfall bist Du nicht älter als 25. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und befindet sich an der Brunnenbergstrasse in 9000 St. Gallen. Die Abtei sowie die Drei Weieren sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.
