hallo,
ich habe eine WG-Wohnung für 3 Personen in 21710 Engelschoff zu vermieten!! Nach Stade braucht man bei wenig Verkehr ungefähr eine viertel Stunde/20 Minuten...
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen und ländlichen Gegend direkt hinter einer Reithalle. Die Zimmer sind teilweise möbliert und haben eine Größe von 13 qm, 19,5 qm und 28 qm. Die Küche mit Kochinsel hat 18,5 qm und ist super als Gemeinschaftsraum nutzbar !! Das Bad ist mit Dusche und Wanne ausgestattet und hat 12 qm.
Die Preise liegen wegen der unterschiedlichen Größen zwischen 250 und 350 € warm... Eine Renovierung in Eigenregie ist auf jedenfall notwendig - den Mietern wird dabei freie Hand gelassen !!
Achso - Pferdehaltung ist nach Absprache für einen kleinen Aufpreis möglich...

Ein Auto ist auf jedenfall notwendig um von A nach B zu kommen !! Es gibt aber auch schöne befestigte Fahrradwege...
