Das Zimmer ist perfekt zum Leben mit der Größe von 18m². Im Zimmer bleiben das Bett, der Schreibtisch, das offene Regal und entweder die Kommode, oder sie wird durch einen etwas größeren Kleiderschrank ersetzt. Über die Ablöse können wir dann noch reden, sie wird aber nicht hoch sein :)
The room is perfect for living with the size of 18m². The bed, the desk, the open shelf and either the dresser will remain in the room, or it will be replaced by a slightly larger closet. We can talk about the costs, but they won't be high :)
Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt! Die Wohnung ist direkt am Ludwigsplatz und man hat es auch nicht weit zur TUM (15 Minuten zu Fuß). Ein Müller ist gegenüber von der Wohnung und die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist 8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
The location is really perfect! The flat is right on Ludwigsplatz and it's not far to TUM (15 minutes on foot). A Müller is right on the opposite site of the flat and the nearest shopping centre is an 8-minute walk away.
Die Wohnung teilst du dir mit zwei sehr netten Masterstudenten. Wir kochen ab und zu mal zusammen in der Küche und auch sonst war es immer ziemlich harmonisch bei uns. Meine Mitbewohnerin ist bald mit ihrem Master fertig und würde dann circa im April ausziehen, das heißt wenn du mit jemandem zusammen suchst wär das auch eine gute Möglichkeit.
Unser geräumiges Wohnzimmer lädt gerne für ein Treffen mit Freunden, oder auch ein Vortrinken für eine Party ein. Generell ist es eine lockere WG, wobei wir immer auch Rücksicht auf die anderen nehmen damit sich alle wohlfühlen.
You would share the flat with two very nice Master's students. We cook together in the kitchen from time to time and things have always been pretty harmonious between us. My one current roomate is finishing her Master's degree soon and will be moving out around April, so if you're looking for someone to live with, that would also be a good option.
Our spacious living room is a great place to meet up with friends or have a pre-drink for a party. In general, it's a relaxed flat share, but we always show consideration for the others so that everyone feels comfortable.
