Ende Februar wird unser Mitbewohnerin aus der WG ausziehen und wir suchen nach einer nette Person, die zu uns passt 😊 Der Zimmer is ab März verfügbar!

Das Zimmer ist perfekt zum Leben. Im Raum befindet sich ein Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Regal, einen kleinen Nachttisch, Klingel und Türoffner. Das Bett ist 100x200. Das Zimmer ist nur befristet zur Verfügung, ist aber trotzdem toll als Zwischenmiete oder auch um Straubing kennen zu lernen.

Es gibt insgesamt 2 Bäder, das heißt du teilst dir das Bad mit nur eine Person.

Hello,

End of February one of our flatmates will move out, so we are looking for a kind person to take his room. The rolm is available from March on.

The room is perfect for living. In the room there is a bed, wardrobe, desk, desk chair, shelf, a small night table, bell and door opener. The bed is 100x200. The room is only available for a limited time, but is still great as an interim rental or also to get to know Straubing.

There are 2 bathrooms, which means that you are sharing it with 1 person only

Wir wohnen in unter 10 min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt, und brauchen genauso lange in die Innenstadt und zur Uni. Einkaufen kann man gleich nebenan in dem 150 m entfernten Edeka.

Eigentlich kann man alles von hier zu Fuß erreichen :)
Unsere Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock und wir haben einen großen Balkon Richtung Innenhof, sodass wir bis spät Abends noch Sonne haben. Die Wohnung ist Neubau und wurde Ende 2021 fertiggestellt. In unserem Innenhof ist genug Platz für ein Fahrrad oder auch Auto.

We live less than 10 minutes walking from the train station, and it takes the same amount of time to get to the city center and to the university. You can shop right next door in the Edeka 150 m away. You can reach everything from here on foot :)

Our apartment is on the 3rd floor and we have a large balcony towards the courtyard, so we still have sun until late in the evening. The apartment is new construction and was completed at the end of 2021. In our courtyard is enough space for a bike or even car.

Wir sind eine sehr lockere WG, die gerne Abends sich gemeinsam zusammensetzt oder was unternimmt. Oft mal spielen wir was oder kochen, quatschen oder machen Sport gemeinsam. Dennoch respektieren wir natürlich auch die Privatsphäre, denn jeder hat gerne auch mal seine Ruhe :)

We are a very relaxed WG, which likes to sit together in the evening or do something together. Often we play board games or we cook, chat or do sports together. Nevertheless, we also respect the privacy of others, because everyone likes to have peace :)
