Bright shared room on the 2nd floor with private balcony. The room offers a pleasant living atmosphere. The bathroom is on the same floor and is shared with two other flatmates. We have rented the whole house as a shared flat.

The house is located right in the city center. Less than 1 minute walk to the city tower, 5 minutes by bike or 15 minutes walk to TUM. Perfect location and it's surprisingly quiet!

About us: we are Olivia, Lutz, Burak, and Nagarajan. Lutz (26) is studying to become a technician, enjoys flying gliders in his free time, and also works at Meyers. Burak (26) is pursuing a master's degree at the TUM Campus Straubing, enjoys spending time with friends, cooking, and traveling. Olivia (21) is studying technology of biogenic raw materials in her bachelor's degree, loves art and sports, and works part-time as a student assistant. Nagarajan (26) is also studying for a master's degree at the TUM Campus Straubing, enjoys going out, and loves to cook.

We are looking for someone who really fits into our shared apartment, especially someone who plans to stay with us for at least a year and wants to actively participate in the shared living experience. Whether it’s cooking together, having a beer or two, bouldering, sauna sessions (in our own shared apartment sauna!), hosting WG parties, hiking, or cleaning (!). If you can imagine yourself living with us, write to us and tell us a bit about yourself! Helles WG-Zimmer im 2. Stock mit eigenem Balkon. Das Zimmer bietet eine angenehme Wohnatmosphäre. Das zugehörige Badezimmer liegt auf dem selben Stockwerk und wird mit zwei weiteren Mitbewohnern geteilt. Wir haben das ganze Haus als WG gemietet.

Das Haus befindet sich direkt im Stadtzentrum. Weniger als 1 Minute zu Fuß vom Stadtturm entfernt, 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur TUM. Perfekte Lage und es ist überraschend ruhig!

Zu uns: wir sind Olivia, Lutz, Burak und Nagarajan. Lutz (26) macht seinen Techniker, fliegt in seiner Freizeit mit Segelfliegern hoch hinaus und arbeitet nebenbei noch im Meyers. Burak (26) studiert im Master am TUM Campus Straubing, verbringt gerne Zeit mit Freunden, kocht und reist gerne. Olivia (21) studiert Technologie biogener Rohstoffe im Bachelor, liebt Kunst und Sport und arbeitet nebenbei als HiWi. Wir suchen jemanden der wirklich in unsere WG passt, vor allem auch vor hat mindestens 1 Jahr bei uns zu wohnen und sich aktiv am WG-Leben beteiligen will. Sei es gemeinsam kochen, ein/zwei Bierchen trinken, bouldern, saunen (in unser eigenen WG-Sauna!), WG-Partys veranstalten, wandern oder putzen (!).
