Das Zimmer ist im ersten Stock des Hauses und geht Richtung Süden raus. Dadurch ist es schön hell. Das Fenster hat einen Rollladen.
Die Ablöse für alle Möbel liegt bei 270 €.
Das Haus verfügt über zwei Badezimmer, eine Abstellkammer, einen Speicher, ein Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher, eine Speise mit zweitem Kühlschrank und Gefriertruhe sowie zwei Flure mit Couchen und mehreren Wäscheständern.
Im großen Garten gibt es mehrere Obstbäume, Gewächshäuser und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Tob dich ruhig aus! Man muss sich aber um nichts kümmern. Außerdem gibt es eine Möglichkeit Fahrräder unterzustellen sowie einen Parkplatz.

The room is on the first floor of the house and faces south. This makes it nice and bright. The window has a roller shutter.
The fee for all furniture is € 270.
The house has two bathrooms, a storeroom, an attic , a living room with TV, a pantry with a second fridge and freezer and two hallways with couches and several clothes racks.
In the large garden there are several fruit trees, greenhouses and seating areas. So you can spend time outside in the sun or do some gardening if you want to. There is also space to store bicycles and a parking space.
Das Haus ist ruhig im Grünen gelegen. Zur TUM und zum Stadtplatz braucht man ca. 15 min mit dem Rad oder 5 min mit dem Auto. Verschiedene Buslinien fahren direkt vor der Haustür.

The house is quietly located. It takes about 15 minutes by bike or 5 minutes by car to the TUM and the city centre. Various bus lines run right outside the front door.
Deine Mitbewohner sind ein Haufen netter Jungs und ein älterer Herr, der zwei Zimmer bewohnt und seine eigene Küche hat.
