Hello dear home seeker*r, ☺️✨
in our small, but beautiful and freshly renovated attic apartment in Bad Cannstatt will open a room from 01.02. I'm sorry I'm leaving the beautiful WG because I'm going to move with my friend.
The room is about 17 sqm large with roof bevel
Furniture does not have to be taken over, but a discount payment of €400 is incurred, as some things have been purchased new (1-2 years maximum), including:
- Refrigerator
- Washing machine
- couch
- Dining table with pylons
- Kitchen equipment (spray, hand mixer, scale, pots, pan, glasses, bowl,...)
- Rollo at the roof slopes as sun protection in your room ☺️✨
So our apartment is well-breedededed and brings everything you need.
- New kitchen with dishwasher and clean oven
- Large shower with views of the vineyards
- Charming living room with the most beautiful sofa ever
In addition, there is a cleaning plan that rotates weekly, because we appreciate our new apartment very much and therefore very much keep it clean and tidy.
Our environment has a lot to offer:
- The WG is located near the U Railway Station Ober Ziegelei, with which you are in the center of town with the U2 in 15 minutes. Also, the Cannstatter railway station is not far away, here regular trains and trains depart
- Aldi, Rewe and Lidl are within walking distance. Just like two delicious bakeries
- The best Dönermann with the most delicious Dönersauce and an oriental restaurant right at the house
- The beautiful spa park is within walking distance, just like the idyllic vineyards
Our beautiful community has a lot to offer:
- Ramotic walks and picnics in the vineyards right around the corner, including beautiful sunsets
- Coffee-Dates and Bar-Abende in the City
- Gaaanz a lot of time with our friends, because we love being hospitable
Live with you in the WG
- Lea studies at the University of Hohenheim and enriched our WG lives a year ago
- Liah studies at the University of Media and has been living in the WG for about half a year
