The room is the largest room (~25m2) of a 3 room WG.

The house is a multi-storey residential building consisting of 4x WGs with students and young workers.
The apartment itself is on the 2nd floor.

The apartment is generally equipped with kitchen, bathroom and also has a washing machine.
The price includes internet costs (via WLAN + LAN cable)

There are two more boys in the apartment: Enoch and Arnav.
Enoch is practically the WG Papa and already working. He creates as a pedagogical specialist and caregiver and also cuts hair as a hobby.
Arnav, on the other hand, is a master student in terms of air travel technology and is also happy to travel. Both are under 25 years old and also quite open to everything.

You can get to know German and English in the WG and you can do a common cooking evening where you can talk in the kitchen. Ordering a pizza together is also not rare.

Nevertheless, privacy is also respected, so you can also keep the room door open or closed.

IMPORTANT:
The room is rented from now until 15. March 2025 with a total rental for the entire period of 600€.

In case of variable intake or withdrawal, you can still discuss your room visit.
There is a deposit of 200€, which will be returned upon withdrawal.
