Ideal connection with MEX and Regio, S-Bahn (S1, S2, S3), U@-@ Bahn (U1, U2, U13, U16,...) and bus. The Stuttgart Central Station is just one S-Bahn stop away. If you have a car, you can park on the surrounding streets with a resident card (super cheap).

On foot you can reach the following super fast:
- beverage market (< 3 min)
- Aldi, DHL Station, Turkish mini market in 5 min
- Cannstatter Carre shopping centre (Lidl, Kaufland, Müller, Because's) in 7 min
- subway in 5 - 7 min
- S-Bahn in 10 min

Sehr zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage in Canstatt, wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof in Bad Canstatt entfernt. Ideale Anbindung mit MEX und Regio, S-Bahn (S1, S2, S3), U-bahn (U1, U2, U13, U16, ...) und Bus. Der Stuttgarter Hauptbahnhof ist nur eine S-Bahn Haltestelle entfernt. Falls du ein Auto hast, kannst du mit einem Bewohnerausweis (super günstig) an den umliegenden Straßen parken.

Living in the apartment:

Marcus (26) works at the State Council in Waiblingen. In addition to the work, he is active in the football club and is also otherwise very sports-enthusiastic and always open for a little chat.

Lukas, 25 years old and studies management at the University of Hohenheim. He moved to Stuttgart for his studies and originally came from Bremen. Lukas is a big football fan and tries to run and keep Gym fit.

We are no purpose of the WG and the Community is very important to us. Of course, as soon as you want to be quiet, everyone can close the door.
But against a common evening, no one usually has anything to say:)

In der Wohnung wohnen:

Marcus (26) arbeitet beim Landratsamt in Waiblingen. Neben der Arbeit ist er im Fußballverein aktiv und auch ansonsten sehr sportbegeistert und immer für ein Schwätzchen offen.

Lukas, 25 Jahre alt und studiert Management im Master an der Uni Hohenheim. Er ist für das Studium nach Stuttgart gezogen und kommt ursprünglich aus Bremen. Lukas ist großer Fußball Fan und versucht sich mit Laufen gehen und Gym fit zu halten.

Wir sind keine Zweck WG und uns ist die Gemeinschaft sehr wichtig. Natürlich kann auch jeder, sobald man seine Ruhe will, die Tür schließen.
Aber gegen ein gemeinsamen Abend hat in der Regel niemand was einzuwenden:)
