Die Rolläden Dunkeln das Zimmer aber auch perfekt ab und es liegt auf der Hofseite des Hauses sodass man nicht vom Verkehr gestört oder geweckt wird. Man hat in dem Zimmer die beste WLAN Verbindung der Wohnung, da der Router unmittelbar in der Nähe steht. Fernsehanschluss und genügend Steckdosen sind natürlich auch vorhanden.
Der Besitzer dieses Zimmers kann auch noch mal für zusätzlich 30 € im Monat ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz haben was super praktisch ist da man keine unnötigen Strafzettel sammeln muss.
Ich kann das Zimmer nur möbliert abgeben und möchte dafür eine Abschlagszahlung von 350€

Die Küche verfügt über alle relevanten Küchenutensilien es muss also nichts extra neu gekauft werden.
Das Wohnzimmer ist das Zimmer mit dem Balkon Zugang ist sehr hell und geräumig lädt also sehr zum Abhängen ein.
Waschküche inklusive Waschmaschine und Kellerraum sind vorhanden und wie schon erwähnt bekommt der Nachmieter für zusätzlich 30 € im Monat einen eigenen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage des Hauses.
Was noch nennenswert ist:
Der Vermieter ist super hilfsbereit und sehr nett außerdem gibt es keine Mindestmietdauer. Keine Kehrwoche oder sonstige Reinigungs Pflichten - is alles in den Nebenkosten enthalten.
