Hi!
I am Sana and I would like to rent my cozy room for a 2-month sublease (March-April). This is a cheap but good room with furniture such as a desk, bed and a large closet. All the furniture is white and looks good. It's hard to find a room with the same situation and price.
The entire shared apartment is quite large, mine is the smallest. We have a shared bathroom and toilet. A shared kitchen with a bright balcony. It's so great to spend time on the balcony in summer.
Transport network and location
It is in a very good location. There are many offers nearby. Supermarkets, GPs, cafés, etc. can be reached in a maximum of 3 minutes. Very comfortable!
In addition, the transport network is particularly good. You can reach the subway hall in a 1-minute walk. There you can go to almost every subway to the center, it takes about 10 minutes to Challoteplatz (center), 12 minutes to Stuttgart HBF.
Now 3 roommates share the apartment. Living here means joining a warm and welcoming community of lovely girls. Cleanliness matters to us! We have a weekly cleaning schedule where everyone does a specific task. So if you're a friendly girl who enjoys a harmonious living environment, this room could be your perfect match.
