Leider zieht unser Zachi nach drei Jahren aus. Er hat sein Studium beendet und wird zurück in die Schweiz ziehen. Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem neuen Freund für dieses Zimmer!
Das Zimmer ist 12 qm groß, hat Parkettboden und zwei Fenster nach Osten. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet.
In der Küche haben wir alles was du brauchen kannst, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine und zwei Kühlschränke!
Einen Garten sowie Ein Balkon haben wir auch, somit sind wir für die Grill Saison gut ausgestattet ☀️⛱️

Unfortunately our Zachi is moving out after three years. He finished his studies so he’ll be moving back to Switzerland. We are searching for a new friend for this room!
Room has 12 sqm and parquet flooring with two windows facing the east. Room is rented unfurnished.
Long term rent only, minimum one year..Date of moving in is 1st of September.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, two fridges, two freezers, toaster, coffee machine and Soda stream.
We have a garden for usage too, it is shared with all four apartments in the house but rarely other neighbours are using it.
Unsere Lage ist perfekt wir sind nur 10 Minuten von der Mitte-Stuttgart entfernt und trotzdem haben wir eine ruhige Lage mit großer Auswahl an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Edeka, Rewe, Alnatura und Aldi sind 6 Minuten zu Fuß und alles was du brauchst ist in Degerloch zu finden.
Zur Haigst Zacke Haltstelle und den schönen Blick auf Stuttgart sind wir 5 Minuten entfernt und auch zu UBahn Weinsteige sind wir 6 Minuten entfernt.
Parkplätze sind genug vorhanden und kosten nix! 🅿️🚙

Location of this WG is perfect because of the city closeness.. This WG is located right between the Weinsteige and Degerloch U-Bahn/Bus stations, both of which can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. The nearest Zacke station is 3 minutes away and the night bus stops right outside the door, which makes it perfect after night out in the city when U-Bahn doesn’t drive. :)
It takes about 10 minutes with U-Bahn to get to Stuttgart city center and half an hour to the university in Vaihingen.
The district is very quiet and safe, surrounded by beautiful nature.
There are shopping facilities at the Degerloch U-Bahn station; Edeka, Rewe, Aldi, Alnatura, Tegut.
The Waldau sports park and Stuttgart TV tower are a 15-minute walk away.
Free parking is available along Weinsteige.
Wir sind eine Gruppe aus Studenten und Berufseinsteigern und sind auf der Suche nach einer Person, die zuhause authentisch und aufgeschlossen ist , wir verbringen gern Zeit zusammen beim Kochen oder auch gemeinsam auf dem Balkon Kaffee zu trinken.Ab und zu unternehmen wir was zusammen in der Stadt, wir sind keine Zweck-WG und wir wollen das so witer führen.
So kürz zu uns,
Petra ist 26 jahre alt, unternimmt alles mögliche, sie ist immer da zum quatschen oder eine Runde in die Stadt zu gehen, sie arbeitet beim Pflegedienst. Sie geht gerne Urban Exploring und freut sich auch auf Gesellschaft. Sie startet fast alle neue Projekte in der WG.
Laura ist 20 jahre alt, macht eine ausbildung zur Pflegefachfrau und kocht sehr gerne. Sie geht gern mit freunden feiern und geht sehr viel mit ihrem Hund spazieren und freut sich dabei auch sehr über Gesellschaft.
Mahmoud ist 29 Jahre alt, kommt aus Ägypten, ist frisch vom Studium ins Berufsleben eingestiegen, er geht gerne skaten, Fußball spielen und baden. Er kocht auch viel leckeres Essen und freut sich wenn er jemand zum kosten findet.
Unsere Vemieter sind eher jung und sehr unkompliziert und haben sich bis jetzt um alle aufkommenden Angelegenheiten gekümmert.
Our Landlords are nice young people which are always a hand in case of anything related to the flat.
Internationals are more than welcome :)
