The room to rent is a total of 15 m2.
It is divided into two rooms: a bright room with beautiful views of the garden, which can be used as a study room and a room ideal for use as a bedroom. The two rooms are connected to one another, but also accessible by one door. The insulation of the walls is very good.

The room is unfurnished, but we sell if interest is a bed with mattress (200cm x 140cm)

5 min walk from the apartment there is a bus stop, metro stop (U5, U6, U8 and U12) and the bag that goes directly to Marienplatz.
The city of Stuttgart (Schlossplatz, Charlottenplatz and Hauptbahnhof) is about 10 minutes away.

There are many shops that are just a few minutes away from the apartment: supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries and much more.

Circa 800m from the apartment borders the forest of Degerloch (Waldau), which is ideal for jogging, climbing and grilling. There are also many other sports facilities.

The apartment is located in a quiet area and the neighbors up and down are very quiet and pleasant.

We are between 22 and 25 years old and study in Stuttgart.

We are more independent and respect the privacy of others, but it also happens that we are going to have a drink in the city together or have a nice chat in the kitchen and cook something together. This often happens spontaneously.

We are looking for a well-fledged person who respects the rules in a community (budget, privacy) and ideally already has experience with a community.
