Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und hell. Durch die zwei Fenster schaut man auf Stuttgart und den Fernsehturm. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine moderne Fußbodenheizung, Küche und zwei Bäder, sodass es nie zu eng wird. Der breite Flur wird als gemeinschaftlicher Raum zum essen, Wäsche trocknen und chillen genutzt. :)

Das Haus liegt direkt gegenüber der Haltestelle Weinsteige und ist perfekt an die Stadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten angebunden. Aldi, Edeka, DM, ein Bäcker und eine Apotheke sind nur eine Haltestelle entfernt. Zusätzlich ist die Zacke auch nur 1 Gehminute entfernt, womit man schnell am Marienplatz ist.

Alle in der WG machen unterschiedliche Dinge, manche sind berufstätig andere studieren, daher ist es eher eine Zweck-WG, allerdings ist alles sehr harmonisch und es wird gerne geteilt etc. :)

Die ganze Straße runter kann kostenfrei geparkt werden. Wenn die Fenster zu sind ist es super ruhig und bei offenem Fenster hört man eben die Hauptstraße, was aber nicht sonderlich störend ist.
