The apartment is fully furnished. Included in the price is a fully equipped apartment, washing machine, dryer and internet.
Your room is about 12m2 and offers a desk with chair. There is a large wardrobe and a sofa bed including mattress. In addition, a sideboard is available to store your stuff or to set up your TV.
You can choose from your laptop, smartphone, tablet to WLAN, of course including: Internet Flatrate. In your room there is a smoke detector for your safety and a lamp, so that your room is bright and pleasantly lit in the evening.

Kitchen
The kitchen offers a pleasant WG life through the fridge and stove with oven. The kitchen also offers a table with seating.

Bathroom
In the bathroom you will find everything to make you fresh. For relaxation there is a bathtub that you can also use as a shower.

The underground stations Wilhelm-Geiger-Platz and Feuerbach railway station are approx. 10 minutes to walk quickly.
From Feuerbach Train Station you can take the S-Bahn in 6 minutes at the Main Station in Stuttgart.
Shops such as Edeka and Lidl are within 3-5 minutes walking distance.

The WG currently consists of 2 men between 20 and 25.
The WG is a pure purpose WG in which everyone makes his own thing. Nevertheless, one speaks with one another and it is harmonious.

I lived in this room for two years and I moved out. The room is now available.
If there is a rental agreement, the landlord needs the following documents:
- Schufa (request now) Information
- valid ID/ passport
- evidence of salary for the last 3 months
