Feuerbach is a dynamic part of Stuttgart thanks to its extremely good connection!

In Feuerbach you can find everything you need: from supermarkets, drugstores or gyms, outdoor pool or restaurant you have everything you need here. The house itself was refurbished in 2022. The popular excursion destination Killesberg for leisure is just a few minutes away.

🚉 With the nearby ÖPNV (S-Bahn, subway and bus), it is only 10 minutes to the Stuttgarter and Ludwigsburger Hbf. After Zuffenhausen (e.g. to Porsche), it is only 5 minutes. The popular hiking destination Hochspark Killesberg overlooking all over Stuttgart is also reachable by bike in 10 minutes.

The nearby B295, as well as the B10 also offer direct connections to the A81 and thus the long-distance traffic. Due to the very good connection, this location is also suitable for commuters.

Das beliebte Ausflugsziel Killesberg zum Freizeit verbringen ist auch nur ein paar Minuten entfernt.

In general: As a landlord, it is important that it harmonizes within the WG & all have an equal understanding of mutual consideration to order etc. We'd like to leave the choice to the roommates.

Currently the apartment consists of Florian (26m, studied), Liven(22w & also studies) & David (24m & studies at the ISM). Merle, who currently lives in the room, has lived there for almost two years. For her room from 01.05. now a matching / looking for a rental agent. Maybe you fit in here?

🤝🏻 Of course, it would be desirable that the WG fills with someone who wants to stay in the long term & actively shape the WG life. If you have a similar idea of living together, register directly to get to know the apartment & roommates :)

By the way: almost exclusively young professionals or students live in the whole house. The apartments are connected to each other, so there is no problem here :)

Ganz generell: Uns als Vermieter ist wichtig, dass es innerhalb der WG harmoniert & alle ein gleiches Verständnis von gegenseitiger Rücksichtnahme zu Ordnung etc. haben. Wir überlassen die Auswahl aber gerne den Mitbewohnern.

Aktuell besteht die Wohnung aus Florian (26m, studiert), Liven(22w & studiert auch) & David (24m & studiert an der ISM). Merle, die aktuell in dem Zimmer wohnt, hat dort knapp zwei Jahre gewohnt. Für ihr Zimmer wird ab 01.05. nun ein/e passende/r Nachmieter/in gesucht. Vielleicht passt Du hier ja rein?

🤝🏻 Natürlich wäre es gewünscht, dass sich die WG mit jemandem füllt, der gerne längerfristig dableiben & das WG-Leben aktiv mitgestalten will. Wenn Du eine ähnliche Vorstellung vom Zusammenleben hast, melde Dich doch direkt, um die Wohnung & Mitbewohner kennenzulernen :)

Übrigens: Im ganzen Haus leben fast ausschließlich junge Berufstätige oder Studierende. Die Wohnungen sind untereinander vernetzt, hier Anschluss zu finden, dürfte also kein Problem sein :)

Our flat-rate rentals include both heating costs and electricity, internet and GEZ. €90 is added to the specified room cold price. There are also washing machines and a dryer available in the house (paid, as with a digital booking system). The cleaning of the staircase is handled externally.

In unseren Pauschalmieten sind sowohl die Heizkosten als auch Strom, Internet und GEZ enthalten. Zu dem angegebenen Zimmerkaltpreis kommt hierfür noch 90€ hinzu. Im Haus stehen zudem Waschmaschinen sowie ein Trockner zur Verfügung (kostenpflichtig, da mit digitalem Buchungssystem). Um die Reinigung des Treppenhauses wird sich extern gekümmert.
