this south room in the bright attic apartment of the 4-er WG in Gerlingen in the border path (which means because it is the border to Stuttgart-Giebel), becomes free again. It is fully furnished with desk, bed, closet and seating furniture.

dieses Süd-Zimmer in der hellen Dachwohnung der 4er WG in Gerlingen im Grenzweg (der heißt so, weil er die Grenze zu Stuttgart-Giebel ist), wird wieder frei. Es ist voll möbliert mit Schreibtisch, Bett, Schrank und Sitzmöbeln.
Die große und sehr lichte Wohnküche, ist ausgestattet mit: Kühl-Gefrierkombination, einem zusätzlichen Kühlschrank, Elektroherd mit Backofen, Spülmachine, gemütlichem Eßtisch, Geschirr, Besteck und allem was man zum Kochen so braucht.
Die Wohnung hat 2 Bäder, ein WC ist seperat zugänglich. Waschmaschinen und einTrockner stehen zur Mitbenutzung (keine zusätzlichen Kosten) bereit.
Zwei andere Zimmer der WG haben Zugang zum großzügigen Balkon (schöne Nachmittags- und Abendsonne).
Es sind nur 5 Min. zu Fuß zur U-Bahnstation Stuttgart-Giebel, U6, 25 Min zum Hauptbahnhof Stuttgart. In unserer Anliegerstraße kann man kostenlos parken. Der Stadtteil Gehenbühl ist bebaut mit Ein- und Zweifamilienhäusern im Grünen.
Es ist eine WG in der Studentinnen und Studenten im Praktikum wohnen. Bei Interesse schreibt doch bitte kurz etwas über euch selbst.
