Das Zimmer hat circa 22 qm und einen wunderschönen Fischgräten Parkett Fußboden. Durch ein sehr großes Fenster hast du einen supi Blick auf unseren Garten.
Top Wohnsituation da einerseits super zentral und andererseits ruhig gelegen mit Blick ins Grüne.
Heslacher Stadtbad ungefähr eine minute entfernt. U bahn Marienplatz oder Erwin schöttle platz. In den westen kommst du super schnell per Bus ab der Haltestelle Schickhardtdschule & bis zur S Bahn Haltestelle Schwabstraße läuft man entspannt 15 Minuten.
Wir sind Bea und Luka, zwei 30 jährige girls die beide arbeiten. Gerne laden wir aber auch Freunde ein, kochen ab und an zusammen oder trinken auch gern mal ein Bierchen auf einem unsererzwei tollen Balkone. Außerdem gibt es da noch Fila. Unsere Lieblingshündin wohnt auch hier. Sie ist liebenswert und macht unsere Wohnung Einbruch sicher (nein Spaß- bist du ein toller mensch wird sie dich lieben).
