The situation is from our point of view a 10/10 :-) The Heusteigviertel is a great residential area, as we actually live very quiet here and still in approx. 7 minutes walk directly on the market square at the town hall and all possible supermarkets (REWE, Lidl, Edeka etc.) are really located right around the corner. There are also countless beautiful cafés and restaurants.

Both Metro (Olgaeck/ Dobelstraße) and S-Bahn (Rathaus) are right around the corner, so you are super connected.

Die Lage ist aus unserer Sicht eine 10/10 :-) Das Heusteigviertel ist eine tolle Wohngegend, da wir hier tatsächlich sehr ruhig wohnen und trotzdem in ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß direkt auf dem Marktplatz am Rathaus sind und sich alle möglichen Supermärkte (REWE, Lidl, Edeka etc.) wirklich direkt um die Ecke befinden. Außerdem befinden sich hier unzählige schöne Cafés und Restaurants.

Sowohl U-Bahn (Olgaeck/ Dobelstraße) als auch S-Bahn (Rathaus) sind direkt um die Ecke, somit ist man super angebunden.

Until then we were 2 women and 2 men, however, our roommate has now moved together with your friend, leaving a place in our WG free.

Masha, Marcel and I (Janik), all employed (or in the internship/ dual study) and early 20.

Our WG is definitely not a purpose WG. Under the week we all work, partly also in home office, but in the evening we often come together and let the day revue.

We are happy to do something together on the weekend. This goes away from evenings to play until the common paddle, walk and cook together. Since we all have been living in Stuttgart since the middle of last year, we look forward to spending time in the city and together outside.

Although not super much space in the community rooms, there is nothing in our way to invite a few more people to the WG. It is only important for us that this happens together as a WG.

The community also ensures that the apartment is always clean. There is also a cleaning plan with us, optimally wise, but everyone is not getting dirty at all.

Bis dato waren wir 2 Frauen und 2 Männer, allerdings ist unsere Mitbewohnerin nun mit Ihrem Freund zusammengezogen, wodurch ein Platz in unsere WG frei wird.

Übrig in der WG sind somit Masha, Marcel und ich (Janik), alle berufstätig (bzw. im Praktikum/ Dualen Studium) und Anfang 20.

Unsere WG ist definitiv keine Zweck-WG. Unter der Woche arbeiten wir alle, teilweise auch im Homeoffice, abends kommen wir dann jedoch oft zusammen und lassen den Tag Revue passieren.

Am Wochenende unternehmen wir gerne gemeinsam etwas. Dies geht von Abends zusammen weg gehen, bis zum gemeinsamen Paddle spielen, spazieren gehen und zusammen kochen. Da wir alle erst seit Mitte letzten Jahres in Stuttgart wohnen, freuen wir uns auf den Sommer in der Stadt und gemeinsam draußen Zeit zu verbringen.

Obwohl nicht super viel Platz in den Gemeinschaftsräumen ist, steht uns nichts im Weg auch mal ein paar mehr Leute in die WG einzuladen. Wichtig für uns ist nur, dass dies als WG gemeinsam passiert.

Gemeinschaftlich wird auch dafür gesorgt, dass die Wohnung immer sauber ist. Einen Putzplan gibt es bei uns auch, optimaler weise schaut aber jeder, dass es gar nicht erst zu schmutzig wird.

As Masha comes from England, we took advantage of the opportunity and communicate within the WG mostly in English. Masha also speaks very well German (as also Russian and Bulgarian).

The WG room is now free. We'd be happy to have someone in the room. Write to us directly into your first message, from when you are looking for a room, of course together with a short personal idea.

In the 550 Euro rental everything is included - electricity, gas, WLAN etc. and there are no more costs on top.

WG tours can be done on weekends, whether Saturday or Sunday.

Da Masha aus England kommt nutzten wir die Chance und verständigen uns innerhalb der WG meist auf Englisch. Masha spricht aber auch sehr gut Deutsch (als auch Russisch und Bulgarisch).

Das WG-Zimmer ist ab sofort frei. Gerne würden wir jemand zeitnah in die das Zimmer bekommen. Schreib uns gerne direkt in deine erste Nachricht, ab wann Du nach einem Zimmer suchst, natürlich zusammen mit einer kurzen persönlichen Vorstellung.

In den 550 Euro Miete ist alles enthalten - Strom, Gas, WLAN etc. und es kommen keine Kosten mehr on top.

WG Besichtigungen können wir gerne am Wochenende machen, egal ob Samstag oder Sonntag.

Toll wäre es, wenn du uns möglichst viel von dir erzählst, sodass wir schonmal einen ersten Eindruck von dir gewinnen können.
