2nd WG with Terasse near uni Hohenheim 2er WG mit Terasse nähe uni Hohenheim

The WG is located in Campo 2.
You have about 1-2 minutes walk to the bus stop Fruwirthstraße, where you can drive directly either towards Degerloch and Stuttgart or towards the airport and Vaihingen. By bus you only have to drive 1 station and about 1-2 minutes towards Uni Hohenheim, otherwise you can also walk in 5 minutes. The WG also borders residential homes at most university, so you are not far away from the sports field or sports halls. In a few minutes you can take part in university sports or go to the sports field jogging. Right next to the sports field there is also a public barbecue area, where we were also more often for grilling.

In the whole, you can find a central WG as it is not so easy if you are a student at the University of Hohenheim.

Die WG befindet sich im Campo 2.
Man hat ca. 1-2 Gehminuten bis zur Bushaltestelle Fruwirthstraße wo man direkt entweder Richtung Degerloch und Stuttgart oder Richtung Flughafen und Vaihingen fahren kann. Mit dem Bus muss man nur 1 Station und ca. 1-2 Minuten Richtung Uni Hohenheim fahren, sonst kommt man auch einfach in 5 Minuten zu Fuß hin. Die WG grenzt auch an den meisten Uni Wohnheimen an, deswegen ist man auch nicht weit weg von dem Sportplatz oder Sporthallen. In wenigen Minuten kann man also an Uni-Sport teilnehmen oder aufm Sportplatz Joggen gehen. Direkt neben dem Sportplatz gibt es auch eine öffentliche Grillstelle, wo wir auch öfter schon zum Grillen waren.

Im großen und ganzen kann man eine zentralere WG als diese nicht so leicht finden, wenn man Student an der Uni Hohenheim ist. ;)

I and Leon are both pulling out, so it's a WG re-establishment. Preferably, a main renter would then be rented under the other room, but the rooms can also be rented individually. The landlord is definitely very nice and sweet, with which you can still discuss details, as it is always quick to reach and always helpful.

Ich und Leon ziehen beide aus, deswegen ist es eine WG - Neugründung. Bevorzugt wäre ein Hauptmieter der das andere Zimmer dann untervermietet, jedoch können die Zimmer auch einzeln vermietet werden. Die Vermieterin ist auf jeden Fall sehr nett und lieb, mit der man Einzelheiten noch besprechen kann, da sie immer schnell zu erreichen und auch immer hilfsbereit ist.

Highlight at this WG is definitely the terrace. In summer we were as good as every day out. You can also theoretically have enough space to build up a small pool, to grill and also to chill in larger groups there. If some things are to be packed away, there is also a small shed right on the terrace. Since the WG is on the ground floor and also the last WG on the back, the terrace also borders on the large communal garden. This has also been used mainly by us. So you won't be disturbed if you want to do something.

Ps.: In the garden there are also numerous fruit trees such as cherries or apples, where you can definitely find yourself in summer
something can take away.

If you want to wash there is also a common room with washing machines and dryer where you can wash.
Right in front of the Campo there is a parking lot and also possibilities to park your bike.

Highlight an dieser WG ist auf jeden Fall die Terrasse. Im Sommer waren wir so gut wie jeden Tag draußen. Man hat theoretisch auch genug Platz um sich nen kleinen Pool aufzubauen, zu Grillen und auch in größeren Gruppen dort zu chillen. Falls mal paar Sachen weg gepackt werden sollen, gibt es direkt an der Terrasse auch einen kleinen Schuppen. Da die WG im Erdgeschoss ist und auch die letzte WG ganz hinten, grenzt die Terrasse auch an den großen Gemeinschaftsgarten. Der wurde bisher auch hauptsächlich von uns genutzt. Also wird man da auch nicht unbedingt gestört, falls man da was machen möchte.

Ps.: Im Garten gibt es auch zahlreiche Obstbäume wie Kirschen oder Äpfel, wo man sich im Sommer auf jeden Fall
mal was wegnehmen kann.

Wenn man waschen möchte gibt es auch einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Waschmaschinen und Trockner, wo man waschen kann.
Direkt vor dem Campo gibt es noch einen Parkplatz und auch Möglichkeiten sein Fahrrad abzustellen.
