Love WG seekers,
a fully furnished room in my WG will be free from February. This ad was created very short-term because I want to move out to my girlfriend, a move is also possible from the beginning of March or April.
The room is 20 square meters tall, east oriented and therefore cool as well as bright in summer. The room is super divided thanks to a partition, which makes it very spacious. The room is fully furnished, with a TV, a double bed, a sofa, a desk, a storage table, a clothes rack, a large wardrobe and a small shelf (see photos in the annex). The floor is made of laminate and, in my opinion, looks sharp:)
Common areas
The apartment has a bathroom with bathtub, a toilet and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and combination refrigerator and freezer and can be enjoyed with a noble view into the green. In the basement there is a washing machine and a dryer that can be used by the community.
Rent
The total rent for one month is 597€ (all additional costs are included). This also includes heating, Wi-Fi and GEZ.

Liebe WG-Suchende,
ein voll-möbliertes Zimmer in meiner WG wird ab Februar frei. Diese Anzeige wurde sehr kurzfristig angelegt, weil ich zu meiner Freundin ausziehen möchte, ein Einzug ist ab Anfang März oder April auch möglich.
Das Zimmer ist 20 qm groß, ost orientiert und somit auch im Sommer kühl als auch hell. Das Zimmer ist dank einer Trennwand super aufgeteilt, was es sehr räumig wirken lässt. Das Zimmer ist voll-möbiliert, mit einem Fernseher, einem Doppelbett, ein Sofa, ein Schreibtisch, einem Abstelltisch, einem Wäscheständer, einem großen Kleiderschrank und einem kleinen Regal (siehe Fotos im Anhang). Der Boden ist aus Laminat und sieht meiner Meinung nach spitze aus :)
Gemeinschaftsräume
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Bad mit Badewanne, eine Toilette und einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Die Küche ist mit einer Spülmaschine und Kombi Kühl- u. Tiefkühlschrank ausgestattet und lässt sich mit einem edlen Blick ins Grüne genießen. Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner, die von der Gemeinschaft verwendet werden können.
Miete
Die Gesamtmiete für einen Monat beträgt 597€ (alle Nebenkosten sind inkludiert). Dies beinhaltet auch Heizung, W-LAN und GEZ.

The community is a multi-family house, which belongs to the landlords. Over the years, you have built a great international community where students, doctoral students, postdocs, career starters and interns are welcome. The landlords themselves also live in close proximity, so that they can always be reached quickly in case of questions or help requests. The large garden offers the opportunity to grill or play table tennis in summer.

Die Wohngemeinschaft befindet sich einem Mehrfamilienhaus, welches den Vermietern gehört. Sie haben über die Jahre hinweg eine tolle, internationale Wohngemeinschaft aufgebaut, bei denen Studenten, Doktoranten, Postdocs, Berufsanfänger und Praktikanten willkommen sind. Die Vermieter selbst wohnen auch unmittelbar in der Nähe, sodass bei Fragen oder Hilfeanfragen immer schnell erreichbar sein. Der große Garten bietet im Sommer die Möglichkeit zu grillen oder Tischtennis zu spielen.
