The room is square and out to the Filderstraße! No Vis-a-vis, as directly opposite beautiful green trees are (see pictures from the view of the room). The room has an evening sun, but is still bright during the day. You can also see the architecturally beautiful St. Mark's Church from your window.
In the apartment (total area 107sqm), there is enough space available outside your room on 49sqm WG common area. The apartment is very well divided, with a common living room, hallway, kitchen, daylight bath and extra toilet.
On the large balcony it can be held wonderfully in spring, summer until autumn. The living room is furnished with 2 lounge chairs, shelves, WG cabinet and dining table plus 6 chairs. An extra LAN cable is installed in your room, so you can sit there or work.
We have a 500 Mbit internet connection via Vodafone cable and use a WLAN 5Ghz network.

You live wonderfully centrally in the future. There are many shopping facilities (2x Rewe, DM, net, Lidl, tea, natural goods, pharmacies, meats and bakers), restaurants such as Hans im Glück, Sultan Saray, a very good pizzeria and many more restaurants, the best Döner (Alaturka) in the city and everything within walking distance. The canteen and the breadique around the corner are also highly recommended.
The bus stop is right in front of the house on the other side of the road.
The famous Stuttgarter Heusteigviertelfest also takes place here. You can go to Marienplatz within 5 minutes and to the centre in 15 minutes on foot.

We are a 3 WG for professionals in Stuttgart, near Marienplatz (5 minutes walk) and are looking for a new roommate from 01.02. and 01.03.2025 for a 16 sqm room.
You are at least 28 years old (you are 28 years old or older) working, open-minded, tolerant, responsible, already have WG experience.
Common WG activities such as gaming evenings, cinema, a beer/glass wine or nice chats would be nice, but should be totally unavoidable, because being able to be ourselves is equally important to us.
You will live with a 56-year-old online marketing manager and 48-year-old kindergarten educator. Since we are both in relationships, it can happen more often that one of us is not home for several days.

Hello dear renter
I lived with Lars and Stefan in the WG for a little more than 1 year and 4 months. I'd still live there if I hadn't moved with my partner. :
About Lars and Stefan I can say that the two are super dear and absolutely relaxed contemporaries.
The WG offers a beautiful atmosphere between professional and community WG.
You can celebrate with your friends in the living room ne party without having to feel the WG roommates must be there because everyone respects the privacy of the other, but if you want to be Lars and Stefan with you too:) this is totally relaxed with the two. 🤗
Man can be super on
Balcony relax the morning sun or simply retreat to its room.
What I found great in the WG is the cleaning woman. This significantly minimizes conflict potential. Everyone keeps the common areas neat and cleaned by the cleaning woman. :

The two roommates Lars and Stefan, with whom I was allowed to live together, are two souls of people who have welcomed me very warmly. At no time you have to worry about tensions. You can talk very well with both and live a good time. Even with problems, both are very helpful and always have an open ear and a wise advice for one.
Although I am significantly younger than the two at the age of 28, this has been a great enrichment for my life in the last few months I have lived there. Based on the exchange of views and a positive attitude towards life :)
I personally prefer for professional reasons and am sad to lose the two as roommates. I can only highly recommend this WG. I am very grateful for every day I could live there and spend time with the two 🫶”

It's not a rental ratio, it's a main rental ratio, which offers you additional security. Please note that we are looking for working roommates from 28 years old! (from 28 years old!).
