The room is part of a 3 bedroom apartment on the fourth floor of a multi-family house and is 14 sqm. The room is rented unfurnished.
We have beautiful real wood parquet in the whole apartment (except bathroom/kitchen).
In addition to the three rooms there is also the kitchen with dining table, another dining/seat corner in the hallway, the bathroom with bathtub and a small cozy balcony. The apartment is in a very good condition and was last renovated in 2018.
The apartment is so very on the edge of Stuttgart Mitte that actually all East say (but hey, on the paper stands center). The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Neckartor metro stop, while the bus stop Friedenstraße is just outside the front door. You can reach the main station in 3 minutes.
On foot you need about 15 minutes to the castle square, which is of course very practical.
The nearest supermarket is a station away, otherwise there are other shopping facilities at Ostendplatz.
Our WG currently consists of Trang (Studentin) and Pirmin (employed). We have a very relaxed WG life, we like to talk and stand by each other with advice and action. We are not a pure purpose WG, but joint ventures are rather rare. From time to time we motivate ourselves to jogging together and use the proximity to the castle park. :
We place great emphasis on cleanliness, order and on having a quiet home where we all feel comfortable. So at best you should bring WG experience and share these values.
