Pictures from the room we enter as soon as we get back from home :) It has many windows and is beautifully bright.
All rooms are heated with single ovens.
The apartment is located between Charlottenplatz and Olgaeck, there are 2-3min each.
I (Niyet) work at the state theatre as a maschinist.
We both understand each other well and occasionally do something together. Since the apartment is relatively small we enjoy the tranquility at home and relocate our parties to the countless pubs nearby:)
It is important to us that you can exchange yourself relaxed.
Only long term rental.
We just want to live here relaxed.
We are also motivated to make the apartment a little. It has never really been aroused by the excerpt and private reasons to tackle this. So if you have a creative/handcrafted vein, you can redesign the apartment with us.
