Ich verlasse mein tolles Altbau Zimmer in meiner Studenten WG und suche jetzt einen Nachmieter/in :)
Das Zimmer hat ca. 25 qm und liegt im 2. Stock eines Altbauhauses in bester Lage direkt bei der Station Stöckach.
Das Zimmer ist wirklich toll und super belichtet, hab mich immer sehr wohlgefühlt hier.
Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer (ca. 25 qm), ein Bad, ein WC und eine Küche mit Zugang zu Balkon in den Innenhof.

Die Lage ist Top! Man ist mit der Bahn in 4 Stationen am Hauptbahnhof und es ist auch sonst super angebunden.
Auch das Vietel an sich ist cool und es ist bisschen Leben drin :)

Ein Mitbewohner kommt aus Frankfurt und studiert im Bachelor Architektur.
Die andere Mitbewohnerin kommt aus der Ukraine und studiert an der Kunstakademie.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und würden uns deshalb auch einen Mitbewohner/in wünschen mit dem man auch mal irgendwas unternehmen oder kochen etc. kann. :)
