As I come together with my friend, a room in our WG at the Neckartor will be released on May 1st!

The room is 17m2 large with fish plate parquet, old building with high ceilings and is rented unfurnished. So you can set it up completely new to your taste (sofa, bed and clothes rod could be taken over if necessary). Thanks to the large window, the room is very bright and allows the view of the church. Da ich mit meinem Freund zusammenziehe, wird zum 01.05. ein Zimmer in unserer WG am Neckartor frei!

Das Zimmer ist 17m2 groß mit Fischgrät Parkett, Altbau mit hohen Decken und wird unmöbliert vermietet. Du kannst es also ganz neu nach deinem Geschmack einrichten (Sofa, Bett und Kleiderstange könnten bei Bedarf übernommen werden). Dank des großen Fensters ist das Zimmer sehr hell und ermöglicht den Ausblick auf die Kirche gegenüber. Zwar ist die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss, das Zimmer an sich liegt aber ein wenig über Gehweglevel. Es ist also nicht so gut einsichtig, sodass du dich nicht auf Augenhöhe mit vorbeilaufenden Passanten befindest :). Die Wohnung besteht aus deinem Zimmer, Patricks und Leonies Zimmer , einem Flur mit gemeinsamen Esstisch und aus Küche und Bad. WC ist auch nochmal separat. Zudem haben wir einen schönen Balkon, der im Sommer zu unserem Wohnzimmer umfunktioniert wird. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind auch vorhanden.

Patrick ist selbstständiger Industriedesigner, zeichnet gerne, geht joggen im Park und spielt Gitarre. Leonie macht aktuell ihren Master in Architektur an der Uni Stuttgart, kocht leidenschaftlich gerne und ist gerne mit Freunden unterwegs.

Wir sind in der WG auch alle befreundet untereinander und machen was gemeinsam. Unser Zusammenleben ist sehr entspannt und Vieles ergibt sich ganz spontan. Oft essen wir zusammen, lassen den Tag bei ein paar Bierchen auf dem Balkon ausklingen, gehen mal feiern oder ins Bad Berg etc. :)

Wir würden uns über eine Person freuen, mit der der Vibe gut ist und die auch die WG-Basics (Putzplan einhalten, Ordnung in der Küche halten,…) und das Zusammenleben in einer WG schon draufhat.
