Hey! Welcome to the R37 WG.

We are an internaltional share flat in the center of Stuttgart.

The 29 m2 room overlooks the sunny, spacious and quiet inner courtyard, so noise is minimal. The room comes unfurnished, although there is some furniture that could be used from the previous roommate.

The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen, two shared bathrooms and a living room where you can enjoy and share a life with the rest of your future roommates. We also have a long balcony where we usually sit down to have a drink at the end of the day and enjoy the nice weather.

We are located in the center of Stadmitte.

The Stadmitte U and S bahn stops are less than a minute away on foot. You can also reach the bus stop in less than a minute.

The Rewe supermarket is a minute's walk away, or you can go to the Gerber shopping centre, which is three minutes away on foot and where you will find Aldi and Edeka.

Being in the city centre, we are well connected to many bars, restaurants and shops, which makes it perfect for going out and having fun in the surrounding area.

The WG is for five people. As we mentioned before, we have a fairly international atmosphere and we would like to keep it that way, so English is an essential aspect to be able to have a good coexistence.

Currently Julia, Guido, Venice and Alonso live here. We all come from different countries and we have different occupations and hobbies. During the week each one of us works and we lead very busy lives, but we try to find time from time to time to sit together for a drink and tell each other how our day has been or go out and do something outside.

The rent price include the heating and warm water, but the rest of the bill will be shared with the rest of the roomates.
