I rent my small but beautiful and cozy WG room in one of the most popular student residences in Stuttgart. It is located in 11. Stockwork, is very well exposed, completely furnished and suitable, given the period, best for students who come to Stuttgart officially for the summer semester in April, interns or other interested parties. The room has all the necessary (small, desk + stool, bed, shelf + TV, mirror and plants).
Since I am only temporarily abroad and I am not going to take a lot, unfortunately I cannot offer unlimited storage space, but I am definitely trying to create as much space as necessary:)!

I would also like to negotiate the living period. So if you only want to rent the room by March or only by mid-March, this is not a problem. Please let me know!

The location of the room is very central: right next to the city centre campus, 3 minutes to the nearest bus and railway station (Berliner Platz, Linden-Museum), the Königsstraße and the main railway station are also within 10 minutes walking distance, and supermarkets are also almost right next door.
The rental price includes all the 15€ additional costs relate to the season rental, which I have to pay for the general rental price since September 2024.

Our WG is composed of 9 rooms of 3 bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. The large roof terrace will also be accessible to you. My roommates are all without exception super dear and open people who like to take you for this short period!
