In our 6th WG a room is free from 01.03.2025 & we are looking for a suitable successor.
The free room with 11m2 is the smallest room of the WG, but is still super cozy, offers room for everything important (large bed, bedside table, desk, mirror, etc.) and has the great advantage of a spacious built-in wardrobe including built-in sink & mirror :)
The apartment throughout is very spacious with about 170m2 & extends over the whole floor. We have a beautiful bright living room, a large hallway, a bathroom with shower & bathtub, two separate toilets and a spacious kitchen with access to the balcony.
Our home-own garden is sometimes highlight of the WG & is perfectly suited in summer for common barbecue & relaxing in the sun.
The situation of the WG could hardly be better. If you don't want to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle in just a few minutes in the city centre, you're right here. The apartment is located directly at the stops to the U15 and the bus line 42 with which you will be at the Schlossplatz in 10 minutes. If the nights were too long, your new home can also be reached in a relaxed way from the city centre on foot or by night bus.
Shops for daily needs such as Lidl, Aldi, Edeka or Rewe are close by. Right in front of our front door is a bakery (also open on Sundays) & a small kiosk.
The Eugensplatz (known for its beautiful views over the city centre) is only 3 minutes walk away. As many companies and houses with garages are located around our house, there are as good as always parking right outside the door on the street. With an inhabitant parking card you can park here very cheaply all year round.
We are a mixed WG of students and professionals. Your future roommates are Mona (27) Student in Hohenheim, Isabell (25) works at Bosch, Philipp (31) has his own Markisen company, Marc (25) Student at DHBW, Mert (27) works at Baumer and Moritz (25) as a tax specialist. In addition, a stick about us lives another 6 WG with which we often make something together.
Isabell will soon move away for her Master & leaves our WG. Your room will be free from 01.03.25.
We are not a purpose WG & are therefore also looking for someone who wants to participate in the WG life. Whether cooking together, film evenings, WG parties, concert visits or simply a relaxed evening beer, there's always something going on with us. Of course everyone has their free spaces
