we are renting a room in a 4-room shared flat on the 3rd floor of a beautiful apartment building in Stuttgart Mitte from 01.05.2025. The room is 27 sqm and the rent is 710 EUR.

The apartment comprises a total of approx. 108 sqm divided into four shared rooms, a hallway, a separate kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a small veranda.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Stuttgart-Mitte, nur wenige Schritte vom Schlossgarten und vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Die U-Bahn-Station Staatsgalerie ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Arnulf-Klett-Platz und der Hauptbahnhof sind bequem in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die Bushaltestellen sind nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt.

The apartment is centrally located in Stuttgart-Mitte, just a few steps away from the Schlossgarten and the main train station. The Staatsgalerie subway station is a 5-minute walk away. Shopping facilities, restaurants and bars are in the immediate vicinity. Arnulf-Klett-Platz and the main train station are just a 10-minute walk away. The bus stops are also just a 2-minute walk away.

Die Mitbewohner sind freundlich und unkompliziert. Auch wenn es sich eher um eine Zweck-WG handelt, herrscht eine entspannte und respektvolle Atmosphäre. Ideal für alle, die ihren eigenen Rückzugsort schätzen, aber dennoch nette Gesellschaft um sich haben möchten. Jeder hat seine Ruhe, und dank der guten Schallisolierung stört man sich gegenseitig kaum – selbst bei geschlossener Tür bleibt es angenehm ruhig.

The flatmates are friendly and uncomplicated. Even though it is more of a functional shared flat, the atmosphere is relaxed and respectful. Ideal for anyone who appreciates their own retreat, but still wants to have nice company around them. Everyone has their peace and quiet, and thanks to the good soundproofing, you hardly disturb each other - even when the door is closed, it remains pleasantly quiet.
