Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stockwerk. Das Zimmer hat 16 qm², ist hell, gut belichtet und hat für die Lage einen guten Preis. Eventuell gibt es aber eine Mieterhöhung, was dann auch näher mit dem Vermieter abgesprochen werden muss. Das Zimmer wird ohne Möbel weitergegeben. Es hat eine gute Größe, ist zu einer ruhigen Straße gerichtet.
Unsere WG ist direkt in einer Seitenstraße an der
Haltestelle Olgaeck :) Also in einer Minute ist man an der U-Bahnhaltestelle und bei einem Edeka.
Insgesamt kommt man super schnell überall in
Stuttgart hin :) In 5 Minuten Bahnfahrt ist man am Hauptbahnhof und kann auch direkt zum Flughafen fahren. Es gibt viele Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe.
Momentan wohnen hier: Yelda, Mattis (zieht bald aus) und Ivana.
Yelda (19) macht jetzt ein Duales Studium
und ist ansonsten auch offen was zu machen und hat die Insider Travel Tipps für Thailand ;)
Ich (Ivana) 19, mache eine Ausbildung zur Logopädin, koche gerne und gehe auch gerne shoppen und ins Kino.
Wir sind auch offen etwas zu unternehmen.
Für die Waschmaschine wird eine Ablösung von 100€ verlangt, wenn man sie anteilig benutzen möchte. Das kann dann mit Mattis abgesprochen werden. Der Mietpreis könnte variieren, das muss mit dem Vermieter abgesprochen werden :)
Im Sommer ist das echt eine tolle Lage um auch in Bars zu gehen und abends rauszugehen :)
