The room has 14 m2 and is bright and cozy. I leave the furniture in the pictures for the period of course. You are welcome to use these. The apartment has two bathrooms and a kitchen with sofas. There is also a large dining table in the hall. There is also a beautiful backyard where on sunny days you can let the soul go.
The apartment is 1min from the subway stop
"Dobelstraße" is located in the city centre (town hall, red-fridge square etc. - about 10 min).
At the bottom of the Olgaeck there is an Edeka and Lidl for shopping. The bopser with its tea house is a stop away and in 5 minutes you can drive to the waldau, where you can find many sports opportunities and go to the forest.
Two more boys and three girls live in the Wg. We are all very simple and like to spend time together.;) In the available period, however, we are probably not all at home, because it is a semester holiday.

Das Zimmer hat 14 m2 und ist hell und gemütlich. Die Möbel auf den Bildern lasse ich für den Zeitraum natürlich da. Gerne kannst Du die dann benutzten. Die Wohnung hat zwei Bäder und eine Küche, in der Sofas stehen. Außerdem gibt es einen großen Esstisch im Flur. Dazu gibt es einen schönen Hinterhof in dem man an sonnigen Tagen die Seele baumeln lassen kann.
Die Wohnung ist 1min von der U-Bahn Haltestelle
„Dobelstraße" entfernt und liegt fzßläufig zur Innenstadt (Rathaus, Rotebühlplatz etc. - ca 10 min).
Unten am Olgaeck gibt es einen Edeka und Lidl zum einkaufen. Der Bopser mit seinem Teehaus ist eine Haltestelle entfernt und in 5 minuten kann man bis zur waldau fahren, wo man viele Sportmöglichkeiten vorfindet und in den Wald gehen kann.
In der Wg wohnen zwei weitere Jungs und drei Mädels. Wir alle sind sehr unkompliziert und verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander. ;) In dem verfügbaren Zeitraum sind wir aber wahrscheinlich nicht alle zuhause, weil ja Semesterferien sind.
