Die Wohnung hat vier Zimmer, eine sehr grosse Küche, grosses Bad, Gäste WC und ein Kelllerabteil.
Das Zimmer ist sehr gut geschnitten und hat ein Fenster nach Osten.
Aus der Küche kommt man in den Hinterhof der sehr ruhig ist.
Die Lage ist sehr gut man ist zu Fuß in einer Minute an der Haltestelle Österreichischerplatz, in drei Minuten im Gerber und in wenigen geh Minuten in der Innenstadt man hat alles für den täglichen bedarf in unmittelbarer Nähe.
In der WG wohnen eine PHD Studentin aus Indien, ein Maschinenbau Ingenieur aus Indien und eine Köchin aus Japan.Das WG Leben ist unter der Woche eher etwas ruhig da alle berufstätig sind.
Trotzdem ist ab und an Zeit für eim gemeinsames Bier oder Kochen.
Am Wochenende unternimmt man öfters was miteinander also alles sehr unkompliziert.
Der Vermieter ist Momentan im Australien.
Du solltest zugang zur japanischen Kultur haben da die Wohnung ursprünglich von Japanern bewohbt wurde. In der Miete von 500 euro ist alles enthalten
