In our wonderful house a room (see above) becomes free - which I am very sad about, but you can be very happy: -)
The WG in which you would move in currently consists of 7 inhabitants.
Short information on this in advance: 7 inhabitants sound very, very much and sometimes also a little deterrent (this was my first thought at first). However, all residents are spread over 4 floors, with their own toilet and bathroom on each floor: -)
Your future room is super cut and has a large window front. It is also one of the more quiet rooms, so you can also make perfect home office here. I would leave my cabinet (high-quality sliding door cabinet) and ask for a replacement of 80 euros.
THE HAUS / EQUIPMENT
The house consists of two double houses - in which one WG is each housed. The whole double house was renovated in September 2013. The common kitchen is also in the EC and has washing machine, dryer, ceramic hob, 2 refrigerators, freezer, microwave and oven.
There is also a private garage where bicycles can be parked. We don't need anything: -)
Our TEST
Some of the best is definitely our huge terrace, which, thanks to its location, has all afternoon sun. From spring to autumn a big plus point - here we always sit together, grill, drink a few beers, play games, chat or hang out in the pool. This will give you your private outdoor pool in the summer in front of the house door;)
By-cost
A caretaker is also included in the additional costs. He looks for the right. You don't have to worry about the weekend and winter service either.
The additional costs include the cable connection, internet flat (own router in the room) and a package for electricity & heating - so no extra payments are expected.

in unserem wunderbaren Haus wird zum (siehe oben) ein Zimmer frei - worüber ich sehr traurig bin, ihr jedoch sehr glücklich sein könnt :-)
Die WG, in der du einziehen würdest, besteht aktuell aus 7 Bewohnern.
Kurze Info hierzu vorab: 7 Bewohner klingen sehr, sehr viel und manchmal auch etwas abschreckend (so war anfangs auch mein erster Gedanke). Jedoch sind alle Bewohner auf 4 Stockwerke verteilt, wobei sich auf jedem Stockwerk ein eigenes Klo sowie Bad befindet :-)
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist super geschnitten und hat eine große Fensterfront. Es ist zudem eines der ruhigere Zimmer, sodass man hier auch perfekt Home office machen kann. Ich würde meinen Schrank (hochwertiger Schiebetürenschrank) da lassen und dafür eine Ablöse von 80 Euro verlangen.
DAS HAUS / AUSSTATTUNG
Das Haus besteht aus zwei Doppelhaushälften - in denen jeweils eine WG untergebracht ist. Das ganze Doppelhaus wurde im September 2013 neu renoviert. Die Gemeinschaftsküche befindet sich ebenfalls im EG und verfügt über Waschmaschine, Trockner, Cerankochfeld, 2 Kühlschränken, Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle und Backofen.
Es gibt auch eine eigene Garage, in der Fahrräder abgestellt werden können. Uns fehlt es an nichts :-)
UNSERE TERRASSE
Mitunter das Beste ist definitiv unsere riesige Terrasse, die Dank ihrer Lage den ganzen Nachmittag über Sonne hat. Von Frühjahr bis Herbst ein dicker Pluspunkt - hier sitzen wir immer zusammen, grillen, trinken ein paar Bierchen, spielen Spiele, quatschen oder hängen im Pool ab. Dadurch hast du im Sommer dein privates Freibad vor der Haustüre ;)
NEBENKOSTEN
Bei den Nebenkosten ist auch ein Hausmeister eingerechnet. Der schaut ab und zu nach dem Rechten. Um Kehrwoche und Winterdienst brauchst du dir ebenfalls keine Sorgen machen.
In den Nebenkosten ist der Kabelanschluss, Internet-Flat (eigenen Router im Zimmer) und eine Pauschale für Strom & Heizung enthalten - es erwarten dich also keine Nachzahlungen.

Zu Fuß zum Schlossplatz sind es ca. 8 Minuten. Das heißt für dich: vom Feierabendbierchen in der Stadt / Feiern kannst du direkt nach Hause fallen ;)
