in our wonderful house will be a room free at 01.01.2025 - about which I am very sad, but you can be very happy :-)
The WG in which you would move is currently composed of 7 residents.
Short info about this: 7 inhabitants sound very, very much and sometimes also a bit dissuasive (so was my first thought at first). However, all residents are distributed on 4 floors, with a separate toilet and bathroom on each floor :-)
Your future room is beautifully bright and - although in the middle of Stuttgart - with great views to the green.
THE HOUSE / EQUIPMENT
The house consists of two semi-detached houses, each with a WG. The entire semi-detached house was renovated in September 2013. The common kitchen is also in the EC and has washing machine, dryer, ceramic hob, 2 refrigerators, freezer, microwave and oven.
There is also a private garage where bicycles can be parked. We lack nothing :-)
RESOURCES
Sometimes the best is definitely our huge terrace, which thanks to its location over the sun all afternoon. From spring to autumn a thick plus point - here we always sit together, grill, drink a few beers, play games, chat or hang in the pool. In summer you have your private outdoor swimming pool in front of the front door ;)
NEW COSTS
A master of the house is included in the additional costs. He looks at the right. You don't have to worry about Kehrwoche and Winterdienst either.
The additional costs include the cable connection, the Internet-Flat (own router in the room) and a flat rate for electricity & heating - so there are no repayments.
Da das Haus in zweiter Reihe liegt ist es für die zentrale Lage sehr ruhig.
Falls du ein eigenes Auto mitbringst: Läufst du die Staffeln von unserem Haus nach oben, erreichst du in wenigen Gehminuten ein Gebiet, in dem du per Bewohnerparkausweis parken kannst. Dort ist auch zu jeder Tag- und Nachtzeit ein Plätzchen frei.
Das Haus liegt perfekt! Zur U-Bahn- und Bushaltestelle Olgaeck (U5, U6, U7, U12, U15, 42) sind es gerade mal 2 Minuten. Edeka, Lidl sowie eine Apotheke, Frisör, Döner und zahlreiche weitere Schnellimbisse sind direkt um die Ecke.
Zu Fuß zum Schlossplatz sind es ca. 8 Minuten. Das heißt für dich: vom Feierabendbierchen in der Stadt / Feiern kannst du direkt nach Hause fallen ;)
Innerhalb von 5 min. ist man mit der Bahn am Hauptbahnhof.
Das beschde. Wir sind eine berufstätige, sehr gesellige WG und unternehmen gerne gemeinsam etwas, gehen hin und wieder gemeinsam in die Stadt, grillen im Sommer gemeinsam, verhocken sehr oft auf der Terasse und genießen einfach die Gesellschaft der anderen. Trotzdem ist es normal und verständlich, dass jeder seine Ruhephasen hat und braucht, es ist keiner beleidigt, wenn man sich auch einfach mal zurückzieht.
