The room is simply cut and very bright. Super central, yet very quiet, as the building is located in a courtyard. W-lan with good reception, Lan connection also available, as well as a TV socket. The room has laminate floor and is white painted. You can visit the room live.
The rental contracts are all made directly with the landlord. Say there's no main tenant. There is the possibility to take furniture from the pre-rente. Evt. is already possible an earlier collection date.
Super centrally located, right at the Hospitalplatz. Still very quiet, as the house is in a courtyard.
Just a few minutes walk from the city centre S/U-Bahn stop. A lot to discover nearby. Shops, restaurants, bars, everything in the immediate vicinity. The castle square is only 6 minutes walk. Location
One of our roommates draws from We: Zeynep, Lemmy and Lukas are affectionate persons who like to cook together, drink beer/wine, tap Netflix or make games evenings. But not every evening, everyone gets his necessary rest if he wants. We are professionally respctive at the end of our studies and are obligated but by no means boring. It's clean, because a cleaning lady comes every week. You don't get into the cross, as the apartment is quite spacious, as well as the bathroom. There are two separate showers, two separate toilets etc. From the beginning of February, Vineet will move in and complete the round.

The breakdown of the additional costs is: 30 euros for the WG cash. From this we pay the cleaning woman and the general things like salt, toilet paper and the like. The cs. 45 euros per month for electricity and internet and radio fees run directly over us as WG.
Because some speak English almost, it's an advantage if you can talk in English. Once everyone is in the WG, we use English as the main language. English does not have to be perfect, we help each other or with translators.
