Hello!
I'm moving in January and I'm looking for an intermediate renter.
The room is about 12m2 and offers a beautiful view to the airport. The room is equipped with a desk, bed, wardrobe and a shelf. All are sufficiently large for a person, the bed additionally has a bed box, where large items such as backpacks or additional bed linen can be stored.
On the desk are two monitors and a laptop, perfect for working, even if you don't go to the lecture ;)
The view could hardly be better, sunsets at the Filderbahnplatz are always worth seeing.
Immediately nearby there is a country of sale, as well as the Möhringen Ubahnhof (both about 2min walk). You are in town within 15min and just as fast on campus Vaihingen. At the bottom of the house is even a burger bar, which also offers good drinks.
You'll share the apartment with 5 students who are all super sweet. In the kitchen one is often alone and in the bathroom we never met (in about 1.5 years).
Es gibt zwei Waschkeller, die 2,10€ pro Waschgang kosten (mit Ecus Karte). Der Aufzug ist leider noch immer kaputt, wird aber bald repariert (ans Treppensteigen gewöhnt man sich aber auch super schnell).
Zu den 358€ WARMMIETE kommt noch 10€ für richtig schnelles Internet (1000Mbits).
Du musst an einer Hochschule immatrikuliert sein, um dieses Zimmer beziehen zu können. Schreib gerne, wenn du mal vorbeikommen möchtest oder Genaueres erfahren willst.
