Our ad is aimed exclusively at (incoming) students. We live together in a large, welcoming house with garden. You will share with us a kitchen, two spacious bathrooms, a living room with canvas and billiard table, a workshop, a terrace, a large garden and a gym. In addition, an event room that offers great opportunities from dance-battle to yoga evening;)
Free room: The room that becomes free is small but fine and has about 10m2 but for this our common area is large. The rent is therefore about 190€.
We live on Killesberg in Stuttgart-Nord. The bus stops "Am Kriegsbergturm", "Helfferichstraße" and "Hölderlinstraße" are within 7 minutes walking distance. By bus it is only minutes to the main railway station or to the city centre. Edeka is a 10-minute walk away, aldi by bus in 12 minutes. The University of Stuttgart (Campus Stadtmitte), individual parts of the DHBW and the HfT can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot, the AK (Kunstakademie) in a few minutes by bus. And the nightlife in the city centre can also be reached in about 30 minutes walk (or in less time by bus). By bike you can get anywhere quickly, you have to climb up a bit!

About us: we are the "Akademische Verein Hütte Stuttgart" (check our homepage from https://huette-stuttgart.de/), one of the few liberal and emancipated "student connections" (we call us extremely unfamiliar) in Stuttgart and something like a Villa Kunterbunt. We are a very family, colorful bunch of students who study everything possible from business informatics about music, restoration and “something with media”. We like to spend time together, cook together, make cool trips to the mountains at the expense of the club and play together:)
This versatile coexistence is possible thanks to the super low rent and support of the club.
We are all scholarship holders of the Hütte Foundation. We work together with artists, music professionals and dance professionals and are open to any idea that promotes the cultural life of the city.
Our WG language is German, but in the house you will also occasionally hear Russian, English, Arabic, Ukrainian and Portuguese - and if you like learning :)
We are a real place for you when you

The room is now available, but you can only start the semester when it suits you better.
