For rent is an 11 m2 WG room in a 2nd WG (with me) in a small 3 bedroom apartment from February to September 2025.

The room has enough natural light. With a window in Dachgaube incl roller shutters, furnished with a large white Ikea Nordli bed 140x200 (with drawers), white large 4x4 Ikea Kallax shelf, mirror. 3 months ago freshly renovated. The keyboard on the photo is moving out there during your rental period:-)
It is located in a fully furnished, small about 53 m2 3-room apartment with two WG rooms, kitchen incl. Washing machine, dining/common room, quite small shower room on the 5th floor (wall floor) of a typical cozy Stuttgart rental house with wooden staircase. In the specified rental everything is included (Internet, heating, water, electricity)
From the common room / dining room you have an impressive view over the whole city to the opposite elevations.
Here "up" always blows a fresh air, even in summer, so that one is not subject to the typical boiler effect of the lower apartments.
There is no elevator! The apartment therefore offers a free fitness program. After a week, the effort is no longer noticed:-) and you do something for health.
Behind the house is a protected and safe bicycle parking place.

The other apartments in the house are not rented to WGs. It is a quite normal quiet Stuttgart rental house with 2 apartments on each floor.
Hey I'm Isabella and in this cozy 2nd WG a room is released from February to September. I have studied architecture and urban planning since 2021 at the University of Stuttgart, originally from Munich and look forward to a nice funny roommate. We have a relatively large kitchen and a sweet dining room where we can cook together, spend time or drink coffee.
Nevertheless, you can bring friends to the WG and also go outside the WG for a coffee or other business.
In stressful days I also like to take time for myself to charge my battery :)
Since the WG is like a home and not a purpose WG, I am looking for a person with whom I like to spend time and which is tidy.
Kitchen, shower and the common room we always cleaned more thoroughly every week and otherwise leave as you would like to enter :)
I currently live the apartment with my sister, but this is not home for a semester abroad from February to September 2025. We both study architecture at the University of Stuttgart city centre and are very happy to live here.
I'd like you to be here for the whole time. Alternatively, shorter times are also possible, but then I would have to adjust the rental height a little upward if necessary.
