As we live on the 3rd floor and the 13 sqm room has two windows, it's very bright and there's even a bit of panorama over the other rooftops.
The room is equipped with a 1,40m x 2,00m bed, a desk, a little cabinet and a big wardrobe including a mirror.
The flat itself offers a spacious living room, obviously a kitchen, a bathroom & separate toilet and a balcony.
The apartment is located in Stuttgart-Ost, Gablenberg, which is a very peaceful area but still very close to the center.
There is a bus stop (bus 42) 5 minutes by foot and in only 10 minutes you're at Schlossplatz (city center).
In this area you can find Aldi, REWE, dm, bakery, pub, Kebab etc. within a 15-minute walk - so basically all the essentials.
We are an international couple (Sophia & Michele) - Sophia is German, Michele is Italian.
As we've met in London a few years ago, our main language at home is English, sometimes Italian.
But step by step Michele is also improving his German.
So it's a mix of languages - but we think that's beautiful :-)
We are a really open couple who likes to get to know new people from all over the world.
In our spare time we obviously like to travel (who doesn't?!), but we are also big fans of films, cinema, board games and cooking (even though, we're both no experts). And we like to do sport but we definitely should do more than we actually do ;)
In London we've already lived in several shared flats, so I would say we're quite experienced with finding the balance between living together but still respecting each others privacy.
We live in a 3-room flat but after a while we realized that we actually don't enter our 3rd room as much as we thought ;)
So we want to try to rent it out to a person who could actually need a room for a limited amount of time.
The specified limited date above is only an approximate period - it is also possible to move in a bit later or move out a bit earlier.
As our mindset is quite international and our main language is English, we also prefer someone international - but it's definitely not a deal-breaker, the most important thing is that our future flatmate should be open, tolerant, positive and adequately clean.
We're looking forward hearing from you :-)
