In the Wagenburgstraße between Wagenburgtunnel and Schlampazius our 3er-WG is looking for a nice roommate!

The apartment is located on the attic of a multi-family house and was completely refurbished 3 years ago.

• a fully furnished 17m2 room that leaves nothing to be desired
• A core refurbished 82m2 apartment with high standard
• bathroom and kitchen completely new and fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, etc.)
• Shared kitchen with seating counter

• magnificent 360-degree view of Stuttgart and the vineyards
• 5min from Stuttgart Central Station
• PNV and shopping directly in front of the door / around the corner
• a nice lady who comes occasionally and keeps the apartment clean

To us:
I'm Jasmin, 23 years old and working in marketing in the automotive industry. Since I spontaneously got a promise for a Master's Square in another city, I must give my beautiful room. I live here for about half a year and felt very comfortable in the apartment.

Charly is 25 years old and currently writes her master thesis. Originally it comes from Bremen and has come to Stuttgart for a Werki site at Porsche. In her spare time she's a lot on the go with friends and on weekends she's also in the stadium. A relaxed coexistence in the WG is very important to her and she is to have for any spontaneous joint venture. Charly is still in Stuttgart until the end of March before she returns to her home in Bremen. For her room we are looking for a new roommate.

On 01.03, next to you, Merle is moving into our beautiful WG. Merle studied law and began her job in Stuttgart as a scientific assistant in a law firm. She loves to travel and get to know new places/people. In her spare time she likes to go to the gym and reads a lot. On weekends she loves to discover new cafés. It is important not only to live next to each other, but also to do something together as a WG.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses und wurde vor 3 Jahren komplett kernsaniert.

Zu uns:
Ich bin Jasmin, 23 Jahre alt und arbeite im Marketing in der Automobilindustrie. Da ich spontan eine Zusage für einen Masterplatz in einer anderen Stadt bekommen habe, muss ich mein schönes Zimmer leider hergeben. Charly ist 25 Jahre alt und schreibt zurzeit ihre Masterarbeit. Ursprünglich kommt sie aus Bremen und ist für eine Werki-Stelle bei Porsche nach Stuttgart gekommen. In ihrer Freizeit ist sie viel mit Freunden unterwegs und am Wochenende auch mal im Stadion zu finden. Ein entspanntes Miteinander in der WG ist ihr sehr wichtig und sie ist für jede spontane gemeinsame Unternehmung zu haben. Charly ist noch bis Ende März in Stuttgart, bevor sie dann wieder in ihre Heimat Bremen zurückkehrt. Für ihr Zimmer suchen wir daher momentan ebenfalls eine neue Mitbewohnerin.

Am 01.03 zieht neben dir auch Merle neu in unsere schöne WG ein. Merle hat Jura studiert und beginnt in Stuttgart ihren Job als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin in einer Kanzlei. Sie liebt es zu reisen und neue Orte/Menschen kennenzulernen. In ihrer Freizeit geht sie gerne ins Gym und liest sehr viel. An den Wochenenden liebt sie es, neue Cafés zu entdecken. Ihr ist es wichtig, nicht nur nebeneinander herzuleben, sondern ab und zu auch etwas gemeinsam als WG zu unternehmen.
