we are looking for a new resident for our WG. It is a very bright 3-room apartment in the lively but still quiet Stuttgart East.
The room is available from the (see below). A 1-year contract is concluded (with the possibility of extension of course).
It is a 3-room apartment, so every roommate also has its retreat and privacy without getting too loud in the WG. It's all there, so you don't have to worry about anything.
The room is handed over with everything and is partly refurbished by the landlord: new bed, new wardrobe, new table, new mattress, chair, lamp etc. It is the largest room of the WG with a 1,40x2m bed.
The kitchen is equipped with 2 electric hobs and a new stove with 4 hotplates and oven, so all have enough space. We have a washing machine, a large fridge, espresso cooker, dishes etc. in the kitchen. In the basement we also have a storage room and a drying room.
The bathroom is practically constructed: a shower cabin with window, sink, toilet, hairdryer and smooth iron is all there.
In addition, a quiet backyard and a garden compartment are part of the apartment, where you can relax, grill and unlock the day during the summer.

wir suchen einen neuen Bewohner für unsere WG. Es ist eine sehr helle 3-Zimmer Wohnung im belebten aber dennoch ruhigem Stuttgarter Osten.
Das Zimmer ist ab dem (siehe unten) verfügbar. Es wird ein 1-Jahres-Vertrag abgeschlossen (mit der Möglichkeit um Verlängerung natürlich).
Es ist eine 3-Zimmer Wohnung, somit hat jeder Mitbewohner auch seinen Rückzugsraum und seine Privatsphäre, ohne dass es in der WG zu laut wird. Es ist schon alles vorhanden, somit müsst ihr euch um nichts mehr kümmern.
Das Zimmer wird mit allem übergeben und ist teilweise vom Vermieter auch neu eingerichtet: neues Bett, neuer Schrank, neuer Tisch, neue Matratze, Stuhl, Lampe etc. Es ist das größte Zimmer der WG mit einem 1,40x2m Bett.
Die Küche ist mit 2 elektrischen Herdplatten und einem neuem Herd mit 4 Kochplatten und Ofen ausgestattet, somit haben alle genug Platz. Dazu haben wir eine Waschmaschine, einen großen Kühlschrank, Espressokocher, Geschirr usw. in der Küche. Im Keller steht uns auch ein Stauraum und ein Trockenraum zur Verfügung.
Das Bad ist praktisch aufgebaut: eine Duschkabine mit Fenster, Waschbecken, Toilette, Fön und Glätteisen ist alles da.
Zudem gehört ein ruhiger Hinterhof und ein Gartenabteil zu der Wohnung, in dem man im Sommer gut entspannen, grillen und den Tag ausklinken kann.

Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich in beide Richtungen vor der Wohnung, und die Bahnhaltestelle ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt, mit denen ihr in 10 Minuten im Stadtzentrum seid.
In der Straße der Wohnung kann man auch seinen Wocheneinkauf schnell erledigen. Gegenüber der WG ist ein Norma und zwei weitere Rewe in der selben Straße. Zudem sind hier mehrere Bäcker, ein DM, DHL Packstationen, BW Bank, Volksbank, und eine Buchhandlung. Für das Wochenende findet man in unserer Straße eine Eisdiele, Streetfood Burger, ein asiatisches Restaurant, Bars uvm.
