The Stuttgart East is characterized by a central/smooth location (approx. 20 minutes walk to the Central Station or Königsstraße).

The underground station Karl-Olga-Krankenhaus (U4 and U9) is located directly opposite and is only a few stops from Charlottenplatz or Central Station.

Nearby there is another underground station (Stöckach) where the U1, U2, U11 and U14 also hold.
Shops, doctors, restaurants and pubs are in the immediate vicinity.

Der Stuttgarter Osten zeichnet sich durch eine zentrale/verkehrsgünstige Lage (ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof bzw. Königsstraße) aus.

Die U-Bahn-Haltestelle Karl-Olga-Krankenhaus (U4 und U9) befindet sich direkt gegenüber und ist nur wenige Stationen vom Charlottenplatz bzw. Hauptbahnhof entfernt.

In der Nähe gibt es eine weitere U-Bahn-Haltestelle (Stöckach) an der auch die U1, U2, U11 und U14 halten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ärzte, Restaurants und Kneipen sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

I, Max, am 26 and work at a consulting company in Degerloch. I am currently doing a master's degree in accounting. In my spare time I like to sail at Lake Constance and during the Bundesliga season again and again in the stadium. Otherwise, you can often find me at Flora&Fauna, in the rash or ribi.

Linda (26) works in the field of digital in Stuttgart. In her free time she likes to ride sports like jogging, swimming or cycling. She also likes skiing for km winter. Otherwise she likes to meet with friends.

We have a relaxed and thoughtful WG life (incl. small cleaning plan) and we like to do something together. We look forward to taking part in WG life, with everyone in their own room resting - true to the motto: everything can, nothing has to

Wir sind Linda (26) und Max (26).

Ich, Max, bin 26 und arbeite bei einer Beratungsgesellschaft in Degerloch. Aktuell mache ich berufsbegleitend noch einen Master in Accounting. In meiner Freizeit bin ich gerne am Bodensee zum Segeln und während der Bundesliga Saison immer mal wieder im Stadion. Du findest mich ansonsten oft beim Flora&Fauna, im Platzhirsch oder Ribi.

Linda (26) arbeitet im Bereich digitales in Stuttgart. Sie treibt in ihrer freizeit gerne Sport, wie joggen, schwimmen oder Rad fahren. Außerdem fährt sie km Winter gerne Ski. Ansonsten trifft sie sich gerne mit Freunden.

Wir haben einen entspanntes und rücksichtsvolles WG-Leben (inkl. kleinem Putzplan) und unternehmen gerne was zusammen. Wir freuen uns, wenn du am WG-Leben teilnimmst, wobei jeder im eigenem Zimmer seine Ruhe hat - getreu dem Motto: alles kann, nichts muss! ;)

There is a shaded backyard that is ideal for grilling. Bicycles can also be parked there. A large drying room for laundry is located on the storage and the cellar offers storage space. In addition, there is the option to rent a floor over us a small room (10sqm).

Es gibt einen schattigen Hinterhof, der sich bestens zum Grillen eignet. Dort können auch Fahrräder abgestellt werden. Ein großer Trockenraum für die Wäsche befindet sich auf dem Speicher und der Keller bietet Stauraum. Darüber hinaus gibt es die Option ein Stockwerk über uns ein kleines Zimmer (10qm) dazu zu mieten.
