Welcome to our bright and partially renovated WG. The apartment is fully furnished i.e. you don't have to drag boxes or closets - pull in and feel comfortable. Included in the price is a fully equipped apartment with new furniture, washing machine and fast internet.

Who is the WG suitable for?
Currently, two professionals (age: 18-25) live in the WG. Therefore, the WG would fit a student, trainee, intern or professional.
Room 2 (See picture)
Your room is about 13m2 and offers a large desk with desk chair. A large wardrobe and a bed including mattress are included. In addition, a laundry basket and a cabinet are available to store your stuff or to set up your TV. As already mentioned, all furniture is new and the rooms have been completely renovated. A new high-quality laminate was laid on the floor. You can use your laptop, smartphone, tablet to choose into fast WLAN, of course including: Internet Flatrate. In your room there is a smoke detector for your safety and LED lamps, so that your room is bright and pleasantly lit even in the evening. Includes a TV connection, you can stream the individual programs via your smartphone or laptop.
Kitchen
The kitchen offers a pleasant WG life through the large fridge and stove with oven. The kitchen also offers a table with seating options to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner together.
Entry area
The first thing you enter in the apartment is the high quality tiles. On the left is the bathroom and on the right is the first room, the two other rooms and the kitchen are in the rear area of the apartment.
Bathroom
In the bathroom you will find everything to make you fresh. When you come in, there's a large sink on the right and the toilet next to it. For relaxation there is a bathtub that you can also use as a shower.

Currently there are two working professionals (age: 18-30) living in the share flat. Therefore, the flat share would fit for a student or working professional very well.

In addition, a laundry basket, and a cupboard to store your belongings or to place your TV is therefore provided. As already mentioned, all furniture is new and the rooms have been completely renovated. A new high-quality laminate was laid on the floor. You can dial into the fast WiFi with your laptop, smartphone, tablet, including of course: Internet flat rate. In your room there is a smoke detector for your safety and LED lamps, so that your room is bright and pleasantly lit even in the evening. A TV connection is also included, you can stream the individual programs via your TV, smartphone or laptop.
Kitchen
The kitchen offers a comfortable flat-share life thanks to the large fridge and stove with oven. The kitchen has a table with seating to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner together.

In the bathroom you will find everything to freshen up. When you come in, there is a large sink on the right, and the toilet next to it. There is a bathtub for you to relax, which you can so use as a shower.
The apartment is located in a quiet district of Stuttgart-Ost. The access road is a dead end, so there is no transit traffic. Stuttgart-Ost is known for the Villa Berg and the Japan gardens that has direct connection to the Schlossgarten of Stuttgart.
