Obergeschoss) ist die Wohnung sehr hell. Die Wohnung zeichnet sich durch Fließen im Badezimmer und Gäste-WC, sowie Laminat in den Zimmern aus und verfügt über neuwertige Fenster. Als Mieter bekommt man außerdem Zugriff auf einen Abstellplatz für Fahrräder, sowie zum Kellerraum. Zudem ist in der Wohnung eine Waschmaschine vorhanden.
